@@blueupgb Funnily enough, I contemplated putting the Phantom higher as its handling and acceleration really help it, but its drift is god-awful and its speed and miniturbo are lacklustre. It's also an outside-drift bike with a large hurtbox so I dunno. It's one of those vehicles I can see potential in since the Zip-Zip was ranked and it's basically the medium-weight equivilant to the Phantom stat-wise.

I don't really want to criticize a lot about the video but some misconceptions about weight are: 1. Adding 50% more weight to bullet bike would make it heavier than mach (2.63->3.945 raw weight stat compared to mach's 3.68 weight stat) 2. Weight does not influence a vehicle's bounciness with the track. That is actually determined by numerous wheel suspension stats that bullet bike independently has higher values for. If weight did influence track physics, how would spear be a notoriously bouncy vehicle while being one of the heaviest bikes? 3. Weight technically does not influence trick height either because that is handled independently. It is solely determined by the weight classes with no variation in the trick angle between vehicles of the same weight class. Some misconceptions about drift in this video: 1. Dolphin Dasher and magikruiser both have better drift than sneakster, and dolphin dasher actually has better drift than magikruiser. This is because the stat bars show drift acceleration, not drift, and all stat charts based off of the stat bars inaccurately show this as well. Dolphin dasher actually has a closer drift stat to flame runner (0.014 and 0.015) than flame runner has to mach (0.015 to 0.0164) Also I'm not really sure why you would rank vehicles like sugarscoot, classic dragster, and daytripper so high without bringing up vehicles of the same respective types like bit bike, wario bike, baby booster, offroader, or cheep charger. And if you're ranking those vehicles, you might as well put up the standard bikes/karts since they are pretty similar in the way of handling and acceleration, but with more speed and drift as well. Spear has to be at least be D-E tier if you put sneakster in B tier lol. Again not trying to criticize everything in the video, but I just wanted to bring up some technical stat discussion.
It's very possible the stat chart I found online, which I made some of those statements based on, has some inconsistencies (or go off the physical stat bar shown on the selection screen which isn't always a clear indicator clearly). I didn't actually know weight classes influence trick height. That makes perfect sense when I think about it. The Dolphin Dasher thing really weirds me out since it doesn't feel near Flame Runner's drift. Really interesting. But anyway, the corrections aren't gonna change the order I put my vehicles. I gave each one a fair shot online and ranked them based how well I was able to do with the vehicle. I used the stat chart as a way to help explain the experience. Also, I played infinitely better with the Sneakster compared to the Spear. The Spear felt astronomically harder to control and even medium difficulty courses like Luigi's Mansion were a chore which is why it's F and Sneakster was B.
yeah you definitely made all of thi$ up. it would be crazy to put dolphin sneakster or cheep tripper above the mechanics of bouncy suspension and negative y values (based on weight stat). It’s not actually faster to use ssmt unless you use bullet bike's high drift acceleration. Otherwise, it loses to ssmt without wheelies unless you use toad and loses a lot more getting to wheelie acceleration without the ssmt on all characters.
Zip Zip is by far one of the least talked about vehicles in the game. Very happy to see it mentioned and if I had WiiMfi I’d totally use it in some rooms

It’s funny how 200cc might just be outright more balanced than 150. So many of the vehicles in the game are bad normally because low speed and outside drift. 200 significantly mitigates half those issues, with brake drifting and the handling stat actually being relevant meaning that outside isn’t quite as much of a death sentence.
A character’s usefulness is dependent on the other characters in the weight class so if you don’t want vehicles to interfere, you would either put each character stat in a vacuum or make 3 separate tier lists
I can't wait to finally play MKWII online once my room is clean! In terms of your next tier list, I think you should do a ranking of the official Nintendo tracks for competitive. I know you have history with clan wars, 2v2's and FFA's, so it'd be interesting to see what some of the more favored options for playing with a team would be!
Fantastic work, loved seeing all the testing you did over the past months! One thing to note though, is that the stats bar the game shows for each vehicle aren't completely accurate. This is especially true for the Dolphin Dasher's drift, which is shown to be horrendous-even lower than the Spear's-but is actually not all that much worse than the Flame Runner. For reference, the difference in the true drift stats between the Mach Bike & Flame Runner is smaller than between the Flame Runner and Dolphin Dasher. The custom MKWiiki has a page with more accurate data (I believe it rips the numbers straight from the game's files).

People don’t realize that the drift on the dolphin dasher is almost half of the sneakster and the drift on the spear is slightly more than the dolphin dasher

Your original 150cc tier list was (I think) the first video I ever watched of yours, so this is a nice way to mark how long I've been watching you for and getting back in MKWii... despite the fact I still can't find my Wii anywhere to use it lol. Awesome video, I’ve been waiting for this video for a while. But there’s one thing I disagree on. I think that the standard bike M is better than the Sugarscoot. It has more drift, speed, and weight, making it able to keep up more with the leaders, and preventing it from getting knocked off as much. It’s got decent handling, so you can maneuver around a little bit, and it’s just super fun to use. I’d love to see a video where TWD uses this vehicle on 200cc and see how he does
I was an Automatic main when I used to play. I'd be very entertained by an Automatic tier list, because if I recall correctly Drift matters much less, Mini-Turbo doesn't matter at all, and Handling and Acceleration matter a lot more than with Manual.
The specific acceleration stage type is most relevant on automatic as the 0.9 bikes have much better wheelie acceleration than others. Drift still matters of course, but it is less important from the increased handling mobility and no turning speed loss
Am I the only one who disagrees with the Mach Bike being in its own tier? I think the Bullet Bike could definitely stand to be there as well even with the weight disadvantage.

My TIER list: S - Flame Runner and bullet bike The flame runner is the best vehicle, the bullet bike has slightly less weight but much more drift and mini turbo than the Mach bike A - Mach bike, Quacker, and the Spear The Mach bike has excellent speed and drift, the Quacker is extremely easy to use and has the highest stat points, the Soear has excellent speed and weight + inside drift B - Mini beast, Flame flyer, Wild wang, Dolphin dasher, and magikruiser, The 3 karts are the top 3 best karts in the game, the dolphin dasher is so underrated, the magikruiser has the best off-road C - the Shooting star, bit bike, classic dragster, Sneakster, and Sprinter The first to vehicles are the 2 best outside drifting bikes, if they had inside drift they could easily compete with the flame runner and bullet bike, but sadly they have outside drift with makes them hard to use despite have food stats, the sneakster is decently hard to use, it’s not that good for inward drift bike, the Sprinter is kinda hard to use but it’s viable on Automatic D - Every other vehicle in the game All the other vehicles are Very bad compared to the all the vehicles I just mentioned F - Jetsetter and Phantom These vehicles have no Use or purpose, the Phantom has the lowest drift stat in the game (17/80) plus it drifts outward, if i has a decent drift stat and inside drift it would be an easy A tier, but sadly the vehicle has outside drift and 16/80 drift, witch makes it near impossible to use even though it has decent stats, now for the jetsetter, this large kart has the 3rd lowest acceleration, Worst handling, 2nd Worst mini Turbo, 3rd lowest off-road, and one of the lowest drift stat, there’s nothing you do to have a good experience with this vehicle, speed is all this large kart has going for it
The Classic Dragster is actually the most balanced vehicle in the game. The one thing that brings it down is not having inside drift.

7:46 Just so you know troy, its actually faster to use the acceleration stat on the bullet bike than it is to charge an ssmt.
I heard that if the stats passes the L of acceleration on the vehicle select screen, then its faster to no ssmt

Awesome tier list! Bullet Bike has always been my main and favorite vehicle and seeing it ranked a bit higher on 200cc makes me wanna go back to MK Wii and try it out :)

Bit bike was INCREDIBLY disrespected. It’s just the quacker with slightly worse stats. Bit bike is C tier.

S tier quality content
My TIER list:
S - Flame Runner and bullet bike
The flame runner is the best vehicle, the bullet bike has slightly less weight but much more drift and mini turbo than the Mach bike
A - Mach bike, Quacker, and the Spear
The Mach bike has excellent speed and drift, the Quacker is extremely easy to use and has the highest stat points, the Soear has excellent speed and weight + inside drift
B - Mini beast, Flame flyer, Wild wang, Dolphin dasher, and magikruiser,
The 3 karts are the top 3 best karts in the game, the dolphin dasher is so underrated, the magikruiser has the best off-road
C - the Shooting star, bit bike, classic dragster, Sneakster, and Sprinter
The first to vehicles are the 2 best outside drifting bikes, if they had inside drift they could easily compete with the flame runner and bullet bike, but sadly they have outside drift with makes them hard to use despite have food stats, the sneakster is decently hard to use, it’s not that good for inward drift bike, the Sprinter is kinda hard to use but it’s viable on Automatic
D - Every other vehicle in the game
All the other vehicles are Very bad compared to the all the vehicles I just mentioned
F - Jetsetter and Phantom
These vehicles have no Use or purpose, the Phantom has the lowest drift stat in the game (17/80) plus it drifts outward, if i has a decent drift stat and inside drift it would be an easy A tier, but sadly the vehicle has outside drift and 16/80 drift, witch makes it near impossible to use even though it has decent stats, now for the jetsetter, this large kart has the 3rd lowest acceleration, Worst handling, 2nd Worst mini Turbo, 3rd lowest off-road, and one of the lowest drift stat, there’s nothing you do to have a good experience with this vehicle, speed is all this large kart has going for it
