Great job. I was considering taking the carpet off my LS720's and painting them black...I'm still debating..but this really has me thinking I should go ahead and do it!
Man it’s like yt read my mind. I’m in the process of painting my small compact subs white as well. Not a handy man was looking for a detail process I’ve seen the very few yt. Videos of this process before I take the leap of faith I was just gonna spray paint it since it is not carpeted it’s plastic what do u think. And it’s a behringer 1200d. I got it to go with white EV EvereSe 8 your opinion would be really helpful since I’ve seen your results
Hey thanks for watching. So I’m not a professional but I would clean the whole speaker cabinet with mineral spirits or alcohol then either remove the amp and handles and grill or tape over them if you want to cut a corner. then spray paint the speaker cabinet with at least 3 coats. Let it dry in between coats. Then spray the grill white while it’s off of the cabinet. Also give it around 3 coats . I would leave the handles black but it’s all about preference. And don’t forget to cover the grill logo with tape before you paint it. It gives it a more professional look in my opinion. Also a speaker cover will be helpful to stop some of the scuffs that you’ll encounter during transporting. I hope this helps good luck 👍🏽
Thanks for watching but that’s not true. I used duratex paint which is specifically made for speakers and forms a protective coating. Definitely look it up. It’s a great product. Once again thanks for watching 👍🏽

Nice!
I wish they just made covers or be able to uplight them somehow
Look's good, but now the box will not last as long because you took the protection off so now the box is prone to damage.
