    Woo.. I'm in Group A i like this sound 7:43 pull ups decrease vako mailay pani thapayeko thyeaa like surru ma 15 bata increase garnu sakdina thyeaa but after few days of rest i able to do 20 reps which is absolutely mind blowing for me
