Happy Birthday!! I am 60 now and sleep well. There was a little while during menupause that was tough, with the heat flashes at night. I think today we are very over stimulated, and the level and types of information affect our peace sometimes. I have always wanted to care about the world and be a global citizen and pray. But I am changing this now, I can't handle all of that information and rest well. I have to pick myself, my inner peace and well being. We can care in different ways. There are also so many political battles etc. We have to guard ourself and smell the roses, see the beauty, be in nature, and especially be thankful!!

Hi Annie, thank you so much for having recommended the nail channel back in April, I have started taking care of my nails completely differently and it TRANSFORMED them! My nails had always been very thin and brittly since I was a teenager, now they grow strong and healthy, the ends are very white which I believe is also a sig of how healthy they are. The most significant change I implemented apart from not using Shellac is using the Sante nail oil every day before going to bed and also once during the day. I saw you had the jojoba oil, the Sante one is available in Alnatura ;) Thank you again!
Hi Annie. Happy Birthday. I am so glad that you often mention how important sleep is. I think so too. I often get answers from different people about how you can get used to not sleeping enough. But I don't agree with it. Because if I don't sleep enough, then I don't function well, I can't think clearly, I don't have enough energy and motivation during the day, I look tired, I feel tired. So I agree with you 100%. You have to have your sleep. ❤

Hi Annie, Happy Birthday! 🎉 Sleep is one of the most important hallmarks of health and longevity. Unfortunately, not getting good-quality sleep of at least 7-9 hours per night can negatively impact your health. As a healthcare professional who has worked many night shifts, I can certainly attest to how important it is to sleep at night and be active during the day. When your biological clock is reversed it can lead to poor health outcomes such as brain fog, anxiety, irritability, diabetes, and more.
Happy belated birthday to you dear Annie! Since going through menopause sleep is a hit or miss at times. I am finding that eating a much smaller meal in the evening or skipping it altogether does improve the ease at which I fall asleep and stay asleep. Caffeine also affects my quality of sleep much more than it did prior to menopause. I try to limit it to the morning hours, but find on cloudy, overcast days or the days I get up early to go to the gym I crave some in the afternoon. I love seeing your little family, as my 4 children are now all grown. Wishing you a wonderful day!

Yes, sleep is a major priority! I find i sleep better if i read instead of watching tv or scrolling on my phone. It makes a difference!

I just wanted to say I was surprised to see that at such a young age Nalia was forward facing in her car seat, given the research indicating how dangerous it is compared to rear facing. I hope you can share the risks of this with your followers who aren’t aware!
Yes, this! Please please please turn her back rear facing. It doesn’t matter if it’s “legal” in your country to forward face at this age. Rear facing is infinitely safer and children should max out on the height or weight limit before forward facing. Certain car seats go up to 50 pounds rear facing, others max out around 40 pounds. Either way she’s got awhile to go before she hits the limits.

I agree with sleeping at 10 -12 pm is our best sleep time to rejuvenate our cells.....but for me having a special need kids..is so hard...he doesnt sleep well...he is 4 now...and our schedule is to sleepp to 1-2 pm till 6or 7 am ....so is so hard...but with therapies, esential oils for us i keep going further....
Oh yes there is. *HEROME, Extra Strong Nail Strengthener* (the red one). Within 2 weeks you have long, strong, healthy nails. Superb! Although I never had that much damage on my nails, using only GELISH Nailpolish doesn't wreak havoc and it last 2 or 3 weeks too.. xx..

Hi Annie, if you decide to do gel nails again tell the technician to never polish or remove the gel with that machine. It really damages the nail. I’ve had gels for years and my nails are never damaged but I never let them use the machine. I did it twice and my nail was soooo damaged after it.
