Its insane and downright impressive how good and consistent supercell is at releasing bad updates
But it's no gold to 15!! (something something 50k cards) This update might just make me quit entirely.
Supercell is good with update in the other games, clash royale updates are becoming more and more sh*t every time.

I love how everyone heard "no gold" and they think it's the best update ever. However someone did the math and for a f2p player to max their deck from 14 to 15 it would take around 10 years. You need almost double the cards to get from 14 to 15 than you needed to get from 1-14.

You're wrong, because you have to exchange MORE with EXTREME. Some people stated that it can take years to max all cards from 14 to 15 as f2p

The problem was never the fact that it cost gold specifically, you just changed the currency required but the problem remains. Level 15 adds no gameplay and just requires everyone to level up their cards one more time to remain competitive, and when everyone does, the game will be exactly the same as before...

That's what they've been doing for years. They drill a hole in the wall, put a band-aid on it, and pretend they've fixed the problem, when they might never have drilled the hole in the wall in the first place. It was exactly like that with clan wars 2, like that with lvl 14, and like that with lvl 15. Seeing the state of this game nowadays makes me glad I left last year.
Imagine a new player wanting to start the game as f2p now

The bad part about this is that they showed how many cards to upgrade and it’s equivalent to 25,000 commons or 100 champions (this isn’t Drew’s fault he just announces stuff) I have nothing against the cr team but the way they are going the game will be unbalanced and not fun at all the only reason I’m playing the game right now it card evolution the best way to make this game become fun again is gameplay changes not endless grinding

On the face of it everyone is taking positive, but if it goes that you need multiple elite cards for an upgrade, the number of required cards can turn the community back into raging internet barbarians

I knew there was going to be a catch, given what happened with the Level 14 update. Compared to this, the Level 14 update was actually pretty decent. That genuinely upsets me.
Of course they hearted all of them too to make it seem like they’re doing a good job. Can’t wait for them to announce level 16 in a couple years and use this as their justification.

Clash Royale, we do NOT want level 15. If you are able to read any of the comments in the comments section, you would have realised that by now
max level is no more. getting to level 15 you need 3 times the cards for level 1 to 14. it would take years for 1 card to lvl 15
A message to the Clash Royale Management: you guys are completely blinded by your own ignorance; not only do you refuse to listen to influencers criticizing about the game's future, you guys genuinely believe that this update will attract more screen time from players? This is foolproof, straight up ignorance... In the comment section, the only comments that are being hearted from the management team is the ones that are supporting the update.
