Dear sumit sir, while i usually agree with your thoughts, your example about making girlfriend boyfriend and taking longer to complete degree then, was frivolous and feeds into our societal mindset that relationship between a man and a woman shouldn't exist without marriage. Its very natural for individual as they grow from a child to an adult to get into relationships. Its a natural process and infact can be a positive source of strength and happiness in ones life. A lot of successful people around the world have had relationships during their study years. Please, in a society, that takes any excuse to chain the youth even more, dont spread such thoughts.
Dilemma of human animal conflict I'll meet with the villagers and make them aware of importance of wildlife conservation. If they don't agree, I'll also let them know that it's a punishable offence to harm an animal protected under WPA. Then I'll meet with senior officers and propose the idea of an elephant corridor, in order to avoid human animal conflict. I'll also present evidence from other states, wherein establishing an elephant corridor has reduced similar incidents. I'll also ask some youths of the village to volunteer for wildlife conservation programs, for which incentives will be given.
Mathew effect in upsc can be in following ways: # Availability of resources and background of poor and rich can matter in some cases for chances of selection. #Generally corruption cases are not seen in upsc but still recent case of puja khedkhar highlights that resources, money and fraudulent people who are always in the mindset of finding loopholes for their more gains can create wider poor and rich gap. this is my opinion.
Aapka opinion bilkul sahi hai. Mathew Effect UPSC mein resources aur background ke base par selection chances ko affect kar sakta hai. Corruption jaise cases bhi is gap ko widen karte hain. Yeh zaroori hai ki hum apne efforts aur dedication par focus karein, aur jo resources available hain, unka best use karke apne goal ko achieve karein.
In this dilemma, I would take course of action I would try to convince the blazers that harming the elephant can result into disastrous effect towards them or environment . I would increase them to support the officers, handling the situation instead of creating conflict with the elephants . I will make a team and take consultations of animal experts ran across the elephants to the safe zone of the forest. I know this was not been task, but I ensure that all the stakeholders should take participate and pay their service towards the environment as a fundamental duty

MCQ = (1)=B✓ , (2)=B✓ , socio and economic is a base on which creates Methew effect. If this effect see in UPSC then we can say that A. eligible candidate already financially strong ,he afford Best Institutions , due to this he easily appear in service, while weaker section aspirants already financially Weak ,they not able to afford Best Institutions therefor they lack to appearance in service ,then we can see that a able aspirants already financially able and now more more financially strong while a weaker section of asspirent already financially Weak now he poor because he spand own precious time for preparation, spand money .
✓ In this case study reflected the conflict between animals and human beings. ✓Dilemmas come front of human life vs animal right And distruction of property and crops vs animal fodders. ✓ Causes of animal and man confrontations. •diversion and blocking of animals safe corridors due to contructions and human settlements. •Deforestation lead to habitat loss. • rising the population of animals also needed large areas for living. • agriculture practices such as paddy and maize attract them for fodders. Which are generally not grown in forest areas. •Shortage of food often encroached into villages. ✓ As a DFO of concerned areas my courses of should be. • firtly identifying the places of conflict . Cleaning the corridors for animals so that can move safely from one place to another. ✓ translocate to forest habitat areas. ✓proper fancing could be done such as. Binding white plastic on wire of fancing. ✓ Bio fencing : might be affective to prevent from trespassing. Recently case study has seen in conflict areas of assam planting lemons trees. ✓ installing the bees hive case study on wayanad district of kerala also another option. ✓ fire cracker used to prevent them enter in villages. ✓stopping deforestation And forbid to enter into core areas of animal. ✓ regular monitoring and partolling the conflict zone with proper planning. ✓ proving toll free no to villager if any animal oberved then inform us.
Sir i really wish ki koi motive hota college jaane ka bcz the kind of study provided is so boring and not attractive at all bs attendance dene ka liye jaate tha
Firstly I will tell the farmers that they don't hurt the elephant Secondaly I will shift the elephant in forest or In India there are so many elephant reserve made so all elephants live there
As a DFO firstly I will identify that elephant 🐘 really harm their crops or not If it's true then I Will consult with my team and relocat all elephant in Area
Mujhe interview ke time ye Matthew effect lag rha hai Ex: Suppose Kisi ke parents already bureaucracy me hai to unako advantage mila jata hai Baaki agar me Galt hu to please mujhe jaroor bataye 🥰🙏
Man vs Animal Conflict There are two solutions 1. Shifting people from threatening place to safe zones Example - Baiga tribe evicted from their place when kanha declared as a national park 2.Drive away elephant from village to forested regions. As a DFO There is need to restore elephant corridor , Developing policies , & Accommodate elephants in land-use plans or changing human behaviour.

socio and economic is a base on which creates Methew effect.

Man vs Animal Conflict
There are two solutions
1. Shifting people from threatening place to safe zones
Example - Baiga tribe evicted from their place when kanha declared as a national park
2.Drive away elephant from village to forested regions.
As a DFO
There is need to restore elephant corridor , Developing policies , & Accommodate elephants in land-use plans or changing human behaviour.
