The Yellowstone River Basin slopes northward from the park (then turns eastward near Livingston); it doesn't drain into the Upper Basin of the Colorado River. The areas with above average snowpack/precipitation are east of the Continental Divide. Lake Meade and the Colorado River are west of the Divide. Water doesn't flow uphill, generally.
Look at a USGS hydrology map of US river basins for a more detailed understanding.

It's a real misfortune that Wyoming gets a rainy spring and summer. & Yellowstone National Park is located in. But I still have TV newsreporters who complain about California suffering from, going through one dry winter on the other hand. California gets no rain, even during the summer months. Can you see that California is going, totally the opposite/reversed of Wyoming all in all?

I disagree. I’m from IL and I worked at Grand Teton just south of Yellowstone and it was beyond what I could’ve ever experienced just staying home here or in the Midwest in general. Sure you should find some beauty where you’re from, but it’s also important to experience other places

The floodwater currently surging down the Yellowstone River is going to eventually empty into the Gulf of Mexico by way of the Missouri and Mississippi. None of that water is going to reach any of the drought-impacted lakes in Arizona, Texas, California, etc. At least, not unless you factor in evapotranspiration.

Well that's good that should help with all the wildfires why don't you stock some of it up ?
It will actually make them worse we need slow thaws and melting to keep the ground moist enough to keep the fires at bay. This will cause the grounds to be too dry by the time fire season starts up.

This world that has just fallen and its is now a haunt for every foul thing. Evil is now called good and good is called evil. Its seems we are living in that wicked and adulterous generation that WOULD NOT turn their hearts and repent!!! Instead are full of pride and think they are their own gods. They worship themselves or worship other broken people like helly wood. I don't know why because it seems the death rate at such a young age is the normal thing for holly wood so I do not understand why we follow them like we do. I am including myself because I did use to be under the same strong delusion and now I am not. I see it for what it is, and its truly SAD. Most of these people are almost like indentured servants or something, Many have "Sold their souls" for what they believed would be the "perfect life" fame, money etc. But not everything that glitters is gold! Their is a much darker side The enemy does not play fair and he does not let them know upfront that THIS will cost you EVERYTHING! Then they have no control over their own life, art or creativity which is what usually is the driving force so they are truly MISERABLE! It makes me think of that song HOTEL CALIFORNIA when I think of "stars" now. You can checkout any time you like but you can never leave. What I am saying is they are truly abused many of them. Even those on the very high levels like Oprah and the like they have put up with more that anyone would want to and she has indeed sold her soul. Along with many so called "Pastors" they are leading people alright, straight to HELL! If you don't preach the gospel as it is, and you change it and make it about getting what you want like prosperity gospel stuff. That is sorcery and NOT of GOD! Yes we can pray for things there is NOTHING wrong with that. If we pray in Gods will but this "law of attraction type stuff" is demonic and is NOT in the bible. Jesus was homeless so I don't think he would feel it necessary to lead a congrigation and live in a 20,000 sq foot house and have a million dollars worth of cars and drive their own private plains yes MULTIPLE plains! And they will be judged more harshley for that because they used the name of God to pillage people. NOT ALL pastors are like this and I want to make that clear. BUT SOME ARE!!! And Judgment starts in the house of GOD! So Exposure is coming and has already started. I pray these people repent and turn away from their wicked ways cause its going to be REALLY BAD if they dont! God is shaking the fig tree so that everything that can be shaken WILL! We are nearing the end so that is why I took the time to write all of this out. I am not getting anything from it. I just KNOW with all the pressure surrounding so so many people right now they HAVE to make a choice. That is to continue following this fallen world and stay in Babylon and partake in ALL of her judgments, or COME OUT OF HER!!! Get on your knees and ask Jesus Christ of Nazereth YESHUA is his hebrew given name but ask HIM into your heart! DO NOT FOLLOW any religion that tells you to worship any man! No God is not good all of the time.
Why the Lord God unleashed these dreadful calamities to afflict the people on earth? Read below and discover the truth about it, so that you can know and avoid it.
The Lord God and His Son Lord Jesus are holy. He created the people on earth to live holy as Him. But the people on earth do not understand the importance of living holy life, so through mercy the Lord God called Abraham and His descendants to build the country Israel to teach truth about Him. The Law of Moses is the foundation of God’s ways, holiness, righteousness, statutes and justice. When the people obey them, they become holy. When they transgress them, they become unclean, and like spoiled food they must be disposed into the garbage and that is called Hell.
Leviticus 18:24-26
Do not defile yourselves with any of these things; for by all these the nations are defiled, which I am casting out before you. For the land is defiled; therefore I visit the punishment of its iniquity upon it, and the land vomits out its inhabitants. You shall therefore keep My statutes and My judgments, and shall not commit any of these abominations, either any of your own nation or any stranger who dwells among you.
Lord Jesus came to save the Jewish nation and the Gentiles for transgressing the Law of the Holy Father. Like a prisoner who is condemned to be destroyed, people on earth are condemned to destruction and Hell. The blood of the Lord Jesus is to set free the people from that condemnation. But if you being a prisoner uses that freedom to come back into violating the Law of Moses, you are back to a condemned state and curses. Tattoo, wearing mix fabric clothing, and celebrations such as birthday and xmas are called sins toward God’s Law. Pride, envy, lust, drunkenness, wearing bikinis, fornication, and lies are called iniquities; They are the result of sins towards God’s holy Law. Remember what happened with king Saul; After he trespassed God’s Law, distressing spirits came to afflict him and shortened his life. These calamities such as war, deadly sicknesses, flood, earthquakes, volcanic eruption, storms and wild fires are a curse; They are the manifestation of God’s wrath against the disobedient ones.

Woe to everyone who worships the Lord God and His Son Lord Jesus through religions; Their sins will not be acquitted. Serving the Lord God and Lord Jesus is NOT by going to religions, but it is living holy life, and that is obedience towards God’s laws and commandments. The Lord God and Lord Jesus have sworn, He will not stop sending calamities to the people on earth until they serve Him to these churches where they can be taught true holy life.

Mount Zion was used to be a part of the Israel. After the Jews rejected the counsel of the Lord Jesus, the Holy Father took it from them and gave to the nation in the east of Asia. Look for the way to Zion, it is the only place that will not be taken down nor its stakes will be removed.
