If the accused is a criminal he should be punished by the court only. What is the duty of the court.If officer is having power to demolish the building without court order. Then why the court functioning in that state.If any action against the officer who is demolish the building. The chief justice of the state and the chief justice of supreme court should take action against the officer. Other wise they should resign..The court should ensure that india is independent county .
