Beautiful bag! But Im a bit confused about the toy Lou Lou, like I wanted one with the adjustable and convertible (into a wristlet) as i see Toy Lou Lou comes with various kinds of straps. How do i find it on YSL their website as i cannot seem to find it. Thank you.
Hi. YSL does not have any chain straps… not that I know of or see before. You can just find some on Amazon! 💕💕

Hi, I actually just received the Saint Laurent Toy Loulou in black hardware, this is my first piece from Saint Laurent but I have question, I noticed that the back zip is not smooth to open and close, is that normal? I am still quite worried about the chipping though, hope I won’t have that issue. Do you find Saint Laurent pieces durable?
Kathy Cruz Hey 🤗 omg I know the zippers are not the smoothest trust me if you watch my Louis Vuitton videos I swear by their zippers are so smooth! Louis Vuitton makes the best zippers lol! I wouldn’t worry too much about the chipping I haven’t had any issues with my pieces I own and again the zipper quality is normal it is totally not smooth at all unfortunately 😭
Makeuplovedevina I appreciate so much for replying and letting me know your thoughts. I’m still on the edge whether to keep it or not. Having you said that I feel better with my purchase. How long have you had your Saint laurent pieces? Like even on the zipper of your black on black pieces with constant opening and closing, you have no issues? I am also watching your video on your LV Neo Noe. 😊

I’m so glad to help ☺️ I honestly switch out my bags often I feel like that’s a good way to not over use the bag and if you feel like your going to be too scared to use it I would say get a different hardware I believe they have silver and of course the gold one I have which I’ve had 0 issues with so I definitely love the bag it’s worth every penny! I’ve had my black on black YSL items for a few years now but I haven’t noticed wear on the black like that. 💕
Makeuplovedevina you have a point there, the Toy is definitely a bag that you need to be compact. One last thing and I apologize for asking too many questions, but I want to be sure with my purchase since it’s a hefty price. What do you think about the handles on the strap, does it feel cheap because it seems flimsy? Or they all like that? I don’t have a luxury store close by so I rely on online reviews. Sorry.
Kathy Cruz it’s okay ask all the stuff you want! I totally understand! I love my toy Lou Lou for the strap it’s not to big and bulky it’s not flimsy is my opinion I really like it I basically use mine everyday and I’ve had zero problems with it. YSL is an amazing brand all of their straps on different bags are light weight and not too heavy I personally enjoy that. If it’s an everyday bag for you I would opt out for a different hardware since your a little worried about chipping if not I say totally keep it I’m sure it’s beautiful and YSL black on black hardware is my favorite out of all the designers out there Hope that helps 😀💕

I'm getting mines this weekend in the Scottsdale boutique. It's now $1250.00. How much was it after tax? Also they do not have the adjustable straps in store. Also how tall are you? I'm 5ft4? Just wondering about how low the bag hangs.

Rachel Veasey Hiii ☺️ so if you look at my video you’ll see at the end of the long strap there is a few holes you can adjust the length! Hope that helps 💕💕

@@rachelveasey6280 I think yours is the mini Lou Lou one. They are the same size but the strap isn’t adjustable and doesn’t have a slit pocket in the center
New version of this bag does not have the adjustable strap nor the middle compartment were you were able to put like a card holder they got rid of that from what I’ve been reading
