Carlise... and Kerr even... aren't really the coaches who are going to be coaching you into wanting it more... that's up to the players... there's no hand holding... the players get paid way more than coaches... so if the players don't want it more than the players who are getting paid the same exact amount.... and if other teams are hiring guys that emulate Kerr and Pop and Vogel and... well then the players who want it more will eventually get it all coaching being equal assuming these copycats are at Kerrs level... either that or the players who are smarter...
