Hi, when i downloaded the template and uploaded on other site from another site, i lost my media like images and videos and so on... is there any method to download and upload templete including media? Also i lost the margin and padding adjustments. Hope you will help me out with it.

My Library does not exist. You'd think you could keep consistent with the names. Now the Templates are in their own menu heading, and the word "Library" totally gone. Why cant you export all the templates?

Hello! Thank you for the tutorial. I am using the free version of Elementor and I cannot see the folder icon that is adjacent to the Preview button. So I am struggling to save an entire page as a template. I understand how to save a section and I can do that, but I can't manage to save an entire page. Is that functionality limited to only Pro packages? Thank you!
Not sure if you already found it, but you'll have to click on the arrow next to the big 'update' button. A menu will pop-up with the option to save the entire page as template.
@@jilderth I agree with HHHH's comment--- the video is confusing. There's no directory icon anymore. The video should be updated or annotated.
In 5.4.1 wordpress you need to click on "templates " instead of "my library".

How to export the whole customized theme?
Hi! I have some throuble on saving my template.
In other words, I worked about 2 hours on creating a template but I cannot save it. I see a green update button but that doesn't work.
I also tryed the history button but keeps not working.
How can I do to save and set a template as page actual template?

Hi! Problem solved.
Seems like a network issue occurred.
WHen I pressed on the green update button it used to take about 10 seconds to load and as default the browser kills the command if it doesn't get executed within 5 sec.

how do you replace an actual link that you have on the menu of your site with the template that you just create on elementor?
I'm not sure I understand your question. You can insert the template to a page, save the page and publish it, then get the URL and link to the URL from Dashboard > Appearance > Menus

Hi, and thank you for a very nice tutorial... when I imported the file, it was saved like elementor-244-2017...and so on, in saved files. I saved it as design-rose..., have I missed something or can you give me a tip how to save it in right place, with the right name, so I don´t have to search for it later...
Currently it is saved with consecutive numbers.

I solved it now, by rename the file, and save it in another folder, so it's easier to find later, and it's working just fine :-)

Click 'Add template' and in the popup you will see the export button

You can export it as JSON and import/export it into Elementor.
Hey Kenny! Since elementor is an wp plugins, it uses PHP (it´s own source code) to simplify lines of code; which means you cant simply export the base html format from the elements
