Thanks! I worked hard to make sure it looked good since I wanted to provide something that could be informative rather than the typical iPhone piecing video
I really dig the execution of this video. The post-the-fact voice over works really well. It makes it so much more calm, clear and informational; and it kinds of ends up actually accentuating the piercings and the process very well for some reason.
I just got this done today. I got all three done and it didn't hurt at all. I've never had any piercings or tattoos apart from my basic lobe when I was younger. The first bottom piercing was so painless I didn't know she did it. The painful part for me was pushing the jewellery in. The pain did ascend with each one but it really wasn't much at all. The piercer did say that it affects people differently so you really can't watch these videos to gauge pain as it is so very different for everyone.
Congrats on your new piercing! I totally agree with you. People's pain tolerance does vary a lot. For some people (like me) the initial piercing does not hurt, but the inflammation in the days/weeks/months after does. And for others it is the opposite. This video is meant to show my experience with getting this lovely piercing, not for you guys to gauge pain based on my experience :)
Forward helix piercings look so nice and it doesn't hurt much at all! The healing is process is surprisingly fast in comparison to a regular helix piercing in my experience.
I’ve got these piercings but my piercer told me that getting all three done at once could damage your ear so I gave a few weeks in between on all of them and boii the healing process is taking forever! But your piercings are really nice!
I have had a Daith piercing for 1 month, and about a week ago, I got my 2nd lobe piercings done, which I'm wearing a cbr through the holes as an orbital. I love the versatility of my double lobe piercings and the Daith piercing has really helped my headaches.
I'm going to get my triple forward helix done this weekend, and i was still kind of nervous & hesitant about it. But after seeing this video and how nice they turned out. Plus it didn't look like it hurt too bad. I'm defiantly going to get it!
Just got my rook and scaffold done today. Also have two lobe piercings on each ear, helix and lip. I've also had my nose done numerous times, but always end up taking them out! I didn't even feel my two piercings when they were done today, but it's now about 10 hours later and I can definitely feel them! :D
You are so cute! And so is the piercing! :D Anyway, I saw this piercing and I was interested in getting it myself. Really REALLY great video. It was so informative and the editing was so clean-- the camera angle was perfect for the piercing, the information given in post-narrative form was informational and to the point (not too fluffy with unrelated information or with an annoying voice) and overall just very effective. I wish you could make videos like this for everything!
I had my triple helix done 4 months ago and I watched this video before doing it - so thanks! I LOVE my triple helix so much! I have little diamond crystals in there and it really is gorgeous. I had a lot of trouble until recently because the place where I went put really long bars in and they would cross over each other and place a lot of pressure on the piercings which would consequently get infected. I went to a different place about a month ago and had them changed to a shorter bar that you can't see and I literally felt the difference straight away. The girl who changed them for me also mentioned that the original bars were very heavy metal, so that was putting extra pressure on my piercings as well. Now I have no problems! The top one gets caught on my hair a bit, but it's fine because I love it! So the moral of this ultra long recount is to get pierced with shorter bars that won't hit into each other and with the highest grade, light metal (stuff they use inside people for surgeries) only. I thought the place I went was reputable, but the difference has been phenomenal since I went and saw someone else. If you are having constant problems when keeping it clean, you need to go and seek advice.
I myself have 2 cartilage piercings on my left ear, and 2 lobe piercings one on each side, and finally decided to have my forward helix pierced! So after watching your video, I headed over to primitive and I was pleased with their service! I guess that the lady who did the piercing for me was their boss, since they seeked her advice on most issues, which comforted me in a way since it was a much more sensitive area, instead of leaving it to someone who had less experience in dealing with complicated piercings! Overall it was a smooth procedure and I did not regret my decision to get my piercings done there! Thank you Erin, if not for your video, I probably would have to rack my brains to find a suitable place! :)
Elizabeth Dwyer but remember piercings aren't permanent you can always take them out ;) and she cant rip them out of your skin if you get one on your own
don't go against your mom, till later. respect her. yes, she can't rip it out of you, but still it is major disrespect. she will definitely be upset and disappointed in you. plus it can get infected if not properly cared for. now lets say all went well and it didn't get infected if you later decide to go and get more it really can affect things, depending on position and angle this affect where the other piercings can go, causing it to look uneven and not as attractive. but still if in your area is ok with your age, I do recommend going to a parlour if you want it that badly.
I have triple lobes, fourth lobe on one ear, mid cartilage on the other and doing more soon (I did all myself with a needle besides first and second lobe)
Omg i love that! So pretty! I have three lobe piercings on each ear, an auricle/midway piercing, my helix, my nose, my rook, my tongue web and my hand web :) i love them allll 👍🏼
I have 6 piercings in my right ear and one of them is my forward helix. Tbh it was the most painful piercing I've ever had (even my neck dermal was a lot painless) and it cost approx 20€ to where I leave (Greece). Lots of nerves pass from that place of the ear, and every time I try to touch it I am having chills. Btw nice, high quality video. Definitely liked it.
I got my smilie done in march and i loved it but i took it out because it got on my nerves and my dentist said it can hurt your teeth but i will get it again. I also have my tongue web done and still have it i got it in late April or may this year. I still have it and its my favorite piercing i have or had. I cant wait to get my lip tongue and nose done.
I have double helix @ the top cuffof the ear..cartilage @ the outer edge..and three on the love alkyl in the left ear...but Im now having to change earrings out & put in titanium more expensive but worth it
i have my mid way on my right, my cartilage on my left, doubles on my lobes my nose and my belly! i'm only 14 and i probably would never get another piercing apart from maybe on my ear
I'm 13 and I just got my 1st lobe piercing re-done yesterday (they sealed over) but because I'm still in school, I can't get my cartilage done until I leave because we're only allowed 1 piercing.. I'm going to get another one done next to it (another love one) and hopefully when I leave school I'll get a triple helix! fingers crossed! I basically want what you've got eventually because it's so pretty!
Same, mine was just a small pinch, however when it was my friends turn she laughed when the needle was in and it slid out so they had to push it back through XD
i found this piercing place from your video and got my daith piercing there last month when i visited singapore (just cux i dont trust any of the piercing places here in hong kong for the daith piercing since it's not that common) and it was great! it was very clean and really professional, like the process of getting my ear pierced was really smooth and didn't hurt as much as i thought. highly recommend this place! (:
I have 4 holes and 2 regular helix. I'm planning to go tonight to get my double forward helix and my daith Am I crazy? I know it's going to hurt but should i not do all 3 at once
I have one forward helix piercing on my right ear, and 2 cartilage piercings on my left ear. I really want my tragus pierced too but idk what ear to do it on?
I really want that too but I don't really know when or where is the best place so I'm just gonna wait for a while. I'm gonna probs get an industrial piercing when I turn 16 cause they look awesome
Lydia Snapp i asked the piercer he told me which side to choose because i had a beauty mark on one side of my face so he told me to get my tragus on the other side, also my tragus was bigger on that side it was easier to pierce, they're really good at telling you which side so you can just ask and trust the piercer :)
what kind of metal is your earings? I want to get my cartilage done but idk what metal earing to pick. definitely not sterling silver or anything cheap like that. but what about titanium or surgical stainless steel? idk
got my 1st and 2nd holes on my lobes pireced my tragus my helix and industrial, i love the look of urs had thought about getting it done but have feeling it mite clash with other piercings =/
I'm only getting the double forward helix and a Tragus on my right ear but I'm not really scared of the pain Ima get it when I turn 14 which is next month
I just got my triple forward helix done about 7 weeks ago it was somewhat painless the first piercing hurt when the jewelry was pushed through but that was the extent of the pain
I have my belly which i re-did 3 times then got it done professionally, 5 in my right ear lobe 4 and in my left ear lobe, double cartlidge- i did all 9 myself, tragus, double helix, tongue, rook, nose, monroe, smiley and I'm soon getting my industrial.
I had this piercing done about two years ago with my mom. We both got all three done one right after another and each one hurt more than the previous. I have my belly button done and my tongue and two lobe piercings and five tattoos. This was probably the most painful to get AND to heal than any other piercing or tattoo I have! And I had a lot of problems with it. My skin is really sensitive and it got infected easily and it took over a year for it to finally heal up but now that it's healed I absolutely love my triple forward helix and both me and my mom get lots of complements on our piercings. If I had to do it again I probably wouldn't though.if you have a high pain tolerance and you take really good care of this piercing then it's totally worth it and soooo cute. I have hoops in mine. Two silver hoops with real jeweled balls for the top two holes and for my third on the bottom I have a silver hoop with a skull and get complements on it almost daily still.
I have one forward helix not to bad to have pierced like the daith but my forward helix ouchy days after. Nothing topped pains I hadf irst breast feeding even labour.
She shows how to clean them in the video kind of. Use a q tip soaked in warm water/NaCl solution and gently rub around the piercing. It's best to do this after the shower once the dried parts are softened. It may hurt a bit especially if the piercings are fresh or infected, just be gentle. These are very hard to clean and prone to infection btw. I had to abandon mine after around 6 months because they were infected and I took them out for a haircut (they were in the hair dressers way) and could not get them back in because they were so swollen. You need to be very responsible to get these and good with managing piercings, pain and infection. Hope this answers your question and anyone else's. This is a beautiful piercing I absolutely loved it but I personally was irresponsible with it and did not take good care of it and I am very infection prone. This does not mean you shouldn't get the piercing! You should! But only if you can handle the upkeep :)
If it gets infected use tea tree oil! It works wonders, after cleaning it put on some on. My nose ring got super infected to the point where I didn’t think I could keep it in anymore and I tried tea tree oil as a last resort and it healed completely within a few weeks!
After looking at this video, the needs to get this piercings grew even more. I've already gotten my industrial bar on my left ear, my nose, my first & second lobe on both ears and I really want this done . 😩💗 my pain tolerance is okay. It's high when it comes to piercings even though my industrial was probably a 8/9 on a scale from 1-10.
Does the forward helix hurt the same as the normal helix? Cuz i have a helix and it hurt like hell but i want to get a forward one but if it hurts the same..then i gotta think twice lol
I've got my first and second lobes, a helix, a tragus, a nose piercing and then a little higher up than a lobe that I did myself. However, I'm planning on getting a lot more in the future.
in my left ear i have a double earlobe and a helix and in my right ear i have an earlobe and a rook :) i got my rook done just a few days ago and i love it! i'm thinking of getting the triple forward helix as well, but i'm letting my rook heal just a bit before i go to the piercer again :)
Hi Erin, how much is it for helix piercing at primitive art? And on a scale of 10 how pain is it if you would to pierce with a needle at primitive art compare to gun?
It looks co cute, before this video i was unsure if i wanted to get it but now i for sure want it!! I have my both my first and second lobe on both side, my helix, and my bellybutton. I want my nose pierced, my triple forward helix, and possibly my inner conch, and industrial.
I have 9 piercings so far. I have an industrial piercing on my right ear, a cartilage piercing on my left, and on both of my lobes I have 3 piercings. The industrial piercing was done 2 1/2 weeks ago. The pain level was a 3.
which piercing out of these 4 hurts more on the ear? the forward helix, the helix, the daith, or the anti tragus? i want to get another piercing on my ear but i don't know which one to get
Do you have cartilage piercings on both side of your ears? I have one on my left and I'm getting a forward helix soon. I'm not sure whether to just do it on my left or get my right ear to match
I just have both lobes at a 00. Having issues going to a 7/16 (my goal). If it wont go to my goal, probably pierce the ears again. My bands CD release is in June, and wanting to get the ears gauged out one last time before then I hope. Use to have my tragus pierced, but had to take it out to get xrays done, and by the time i placed it back it, it had closed. It was weird cause it was pierced for 4 years prior to that.
This is by far the best quality piercing video I've ever watched.
Definitely except for Zoe vlogs aka Zoella she's the best!!!!!!
Yeah I've never seen zoella post a piercing video..
Taylor Staley hell yea
Taylor Staley ikr
Thanks! I worked hard to make sure it looked good since I wanted to provide something that could be informative rather than the typical iPhone piecing video
I really dig the execution of this video. The post-the-fact voice over works really well. It makes it so much more calm, clear and informational; and it kinds of ends up actually accentuating the piercings and the process very well for some reason.
thank you!
Do you mean the voiceover?
I don’t know if it’s because I’m high but watching her do it is so calming to watch, she looked like she was gentle lol and it looks so nice

How much was the price?
Axeone Kurochii . It all depends on which studs you decide to get (:
How much would it cost
I have a high pain tolerance and am thinking of getting me second lobes and double frontal helix. Do or don't?
Could you do an update on the healing process and how it's doing now?
Forward helix piercings look so nice and it doesn't hurt much at all! The healing is process is surprisingly fast in comparison to a regular helix piercing in my experience.
You're so brave! I have pretty thick ears, and I'm getting this piercing soon. Thank you for helping me be more confident for this!
Triple forward helix looks so pretty on you!like if u agree
I have my septum, first and second lobe piercings, a helix piercing, and my belly button piercing!
I have 3 lobe piercings on each ear, two helix piercings on my right ear and a couple days ago I got my triple forward helix done and I love it!
I’ve got these piercings but my piercer told me that getting all three done at once could damage your ear so I gave a few weeks in between on all of them and boii the healing process is taking forever!

I appreciate the feedback! let me know if you have any particular video requests :)
I just got the triple foward helix done today! It hurt less then i expected. I love the way it looks.

what size gauge did you get?
They gave me decent sized one too and it has a ball instead of a crystal is that good? Lol because idk
How much did it cost?
30 per piercing was mine, so 90
@@ginettehess5772 if I get one piercing is it going to cost 30 dollars?
@@makaylaa0000 yeah it will
It’s 10 dollar in here per piercing
For the price, its really the cost of the jewelry rather than the piercing itself.
I'm obsessed with piercings. I have 4 and keep wanting more.
I have my daith, tragus, conch, helix, and two normal lobe piercings in my ear. I also have my belly button pierced and my sternum pierced as well. (:
My next piercing well be defiantly triple forward helix
I got this a few weeks ago. It did hurt and I was very close to passing out c:
I want to get this but I wear glasses? Do you know if that’ll be an issue please
Very cute im planning on getting mine too
Can you please do an updated piercing video☺️
I have my belly button, industrial bar, tongue, rook, tragus, helix and my first and seconds lobes! and I use to have my nose pierced
I myself have 2 cartilage piercings on my left ear, and 2 lobe piercings one on each side, and finally decided to have my forward helix pierced! My forward helix will be my 12th piercing, so excited!!
How much was it
I have my first and second lobes but plan to get many more but I can cause my mom doesn't want me 2 but in 4 yrs when I turn 18 I'm getting a bunch
Elizabeth Dwyer where do you live? Some places like here in canada its 16 the age for piercings
Sab East no I live in the U.S and it's not the age limit is my mom wants me to be an adult and have to make sure that I want them
Elizabeth Dwyer but remember piercings aren't permanent you can always take them out ;) and she cant rip them out of your skin if you get one on your own
Sab East i know it's just my mom doesn't like piercings very much
don't go against your mom, till later. respect her. yes, she can't rip it out of you, but still it is major disrespect. she will definitely be upset and disappointed in you. plus it can get infected if not properly cared for. now lets say all went well and it didn't get infected if you later decide to go and get more it really can affect things, depending on position and angle this affect where the other piercings can go, causing it to look uneven and not as attractive. but still if in your area is ok with your age, I do recommend going to a parlour if you want it that badly.
it looks really good!

It looks so cute and good on you omgg, I have my firsts and seconds and my septum and helix but I really want at least a double forward helix
double earlobes on both ears ,and 2 weeks ago I got my mid cartilage ,and at the end of may I am looking foward to getting my helix piercing

Idky people say belly button piercings hurt. I didn't even feel mine!!!
Same, mine was just a small pinch, however when it was my friends turn she laughed when the needle was in and it slid out so they had to push it back through XD
+Rachel The Cow Man it's because everybody has a different level of pain tolerance
Same!! It was just really sore!!
same mine hardly hurt my nipples hurt more then going through the scar tissue second time as well
+Rachel Mallis i did it like 3 years ago and i remember that it didn't hurt at all!
i found this piercing place from your video and got my daith piercing there last month when i visited singapore (just cux i dont trust any of the piercing places here in hong kong for the daith piercing since it's not that common) and it was great! it was very clean and really professional, like the process of getting my ear pierced was really smooth and didn't hurt as much as i thought. highly recommend this place! (:
Roda Mei Bargo how much did it cost? Visiting Singapore soon and I'm planning to get it there

Am I crazy? I know it's going to hurt but should i not do all 3 at once
I have one forward helix piercing on my right ear, and 2 cartilage piercings on my left ear. I really want my tragus pierced too but idk what ear to do it on?

You should do it on your left ear.
I have my Tragus pierced on both ears .

how was the pain i want to get it done but i am worried that its gonna really heart.
Oh this was just what I needed. I have been wanting one for ages but I have been to scared. So nice to see an honest opinion on what it is like
omg that looked like it hurt so bad!!! you took it like a champ👏👏👍👍😀

do u get to pick what u want in ur ear for the first time? or wait untill it heals then u can switch out to more pretty ones
How do you clean your ears with these piercings? I want this piercing but I'm afraid of the Qtips irritating the buds.
She shows how to clean them in the video kind of. Use a q tip soaked in warm water/NaCl solution and gently rub around the piercing. If it gets infected use tea tree oil! It works wonders, after cleaning it put on some on. My nose ring got super infected to the point where I didn’t think I could keep it in anymore and I tried tea tree oil as a last resort and it healed completely within a few weeks!
Do you recommend I get all 3 at the same time or just 2 then the 3rd another day because I might get mine today
can u please do an updated piercings video?
After looking at this video, the needs to get this piercings grew even more. I've already gotten my industrial bar on my left ear, my nose, my first & second lobe on both ears and I really want this done . 😩💗 my pain tolerance is okay. It's high when it comes to piercings even though my industrial was probably a 8/9 on a scale from 1-10.
I might get this piercing too, how much it costs?
Does the forward helix hurt the same as the normal helix? Cuz i have a helix and it hurt like hell but i want to get a forward one but if it hurts the same..then i gotta think twice lol
Brave girl I love it!! Can't wait for mine
I got my helix done at this same shop 3 days ago, it really hurts. I'm planing to get more helix piercings but it is so expensive!
what size earings do you need for the forward tragus earings (4mm ? ) since you don't want the earrings to poke out from the other side?
I've got my first and second lobes, a helix, a tragus, a nose piercing and then a little higher up than a lobe that I did myself. However, I'm planning on getting a lot more in the future.
They look SO good! ♡
I have 2 helix, shark bites, tongue, nose, septum and stretched ears! I love piercings and yours look really pretty🌸
I have a triple forward too! But I can never find earrings that would be comfortable or that aren't so big D: any idea of where to find some?
yes.. girl..looking awsome. I have 5 holes on one ear than other ear 3 holes.
in my left ear i have a double earlobe and a helix and in my right ear i have an earlobe and a rook :) i got my rook done just a few days ago and i love it! i'm thinking of getting the triple forward helix as well, but i'm letting my rook heal just a bit before i go to the piercer again :)
The pain level was a 3.
does this work with everyone ? I have kinda small ears ): but it looks amazing !
i have a conch and want a triple forward helix. if anyone has both, which is more painful?
which piercing out of these 4 hurts more on the ear? the forward helix, the helix, the daith, or the anti tragus? i want to get another piercing on my ear but i don't know which one to get
Heyy, is it hurt when you got your lobes done? And after it do you have like a special treatment or something? Thank you!
Hey Erin I'm going to Singapore soon and was wondering how much it was for you to get the triple helix piercing thanks x😊
I'm so surprised that this is in Singapore! I'm from Singapore!!!! ✨
How was the healing process, did they get infected
Do you have cartilage piercings on both side of your ears? I have one on my left and I'm getting a forward helix soon. I'm not sure whether to just do it on my left or get my right ear to match
Have you thought about getting a tragus piercing?
I just have both lobes at a 00. Having issues going to a 7/16 (my goal). If it wont go to my goal, probably pierce the ears again. My bands CD release is in June, and wanting to get the ears gauged out one last time before then I hope. Use to have my tragus pierced, but had to take it out to get xrays done, and by the time i placed it back it, it had closed. It was weird cause it was pierced for 4 years prior to that.
I'm getting my forward helix pierced tomorrow. Would you recommend getting all three earrings at the same time or seperately?
I think getting them separately is a bit of a hassle but that would definitely be easier to clean! Up to you, good luck and I'd love to see pictures!
