23:22 so is it possible to improvise using a minor blue scale in any backing track? For example is it right to improvise ( using a minor scale) on backing track in E major or in C major ?

Sure, you can transpose that in any key! Of course it works for a standard 12-bar blues, but not necessarily for more complex chord structures.

I not demeaning the bow`s importance because its the primary element in string playing -The voice or the Breath-
However my teaching was on the basis of going from establishing the simple and when that is fluent move on tp the next complexity/

If I release finger pressure = harmonic??

Try doing both : release finger and bow pressure. With a short bow stroke that will produce a ghost note, not a harmonic.

Because it needs to swing : the swing bowing pattern is ment to imitate the ride cymbal on the drums.
