Thanks for this vid. There’s very little information on the actual cultivars. I didn’t know there was this many!

Apparently I ordered a sunshine… so we’ll see. I would really love a love song though!

Thanks for creating this video! It's really cool to see the new teruno pothos popping up. I only have a shangri la but have been keeping my eye out for other ones seen in the US

Love this video! Can't get a decent screen shot of your genealogy chart though due to resolution. Can you post a link?

Great job! I liked how you learned and created the English version of the tree map. Yes, we call ライム (lime) for neon pothos. Moonlight is now available here in Japan and I bought it last month (and the love-song as well). 😃

That’s awesome. I am going to Japan next year and hoping to bring back a teruno lovesong

@@plantsinjars The lovesong grows very slowly, so production often falls short of demand, and they quickly sells out. Actually, I bought it online but it sold out in three minutes. But starting this year there’s this event called the Japan Pothos Summit, so if you’re lucky, you might be able to get one there.

In Australia in the 80s we got Neon pothos from the states but the nurseries wanted Aussies to pay to much to use the name under Plant Breeders Rights. So it was called Goldilocks in Australia. I’m sure that’s why the Japanese call it Lime.

Wakakusa looks like a Neon, it seems like you choose the wrong picture. The variegated sport with white and dark green is either Art or Cast. Shiro means white so Shira Himiko is probably the same as White Himiko

holy crap I just looked for that teruno love song. $100 for a 1 leaf node $200 for a rooted node, single leaf, and A WHOPPING $800 for 1 well established vine with about a dozen leaves.... It's pretty, but not 800 pretty. this video is a year old. this thing had to be well over a grand when this video was made. I'm not dogging it, just kind of in shock. I hope in 2 years it will go the way of the Thai Con where a lot of nurseries start TC those. I really want one. I waited on the Thai Con I can wait on this 🤨
