Thanks! I’m finally able to rest and get 8 hours of sleep and wake up feeling better mentally and physically much happier thank you Don 🙏🏻 God bless you.
I will try to find some way of doing more to help you because you have helped me finely sleep. Like I said before I had a burst fracture in April and I am fused T3-T8 and I’m disabled I have been listening every single day for 10hours thank you 😊 Getting sleepy 😴 now John M
For those of us who suffer from real severe insomnia, we really appreciate the time taken to upload these white noise videos…Imagine having several large tv’s in front of you and they are all playing random news stories at a fast pace non-stop with no commercials 24/7. That is insomnia…..you tired as hell after a long day at work and just want a shower and go to bed. As you lay down and close your eyes the fast paced racing thoughts random thoughts run in-front of your of eyes making you feel wide awake when you are actually exhausted. These white noise videos act like a filter gradually slowing these thoughts to a trickle eventually letting you dose off into a deep sleep. White noise sounds ( this propeller noise for instance ) uses all frequencies in the human hearing band and actually “ massages “ your brain to finally let go of the racing thoughts letting finally drift off to sleep.
Thank you for this message and these explanations. Indeed my wish is to offer sound massages to reduce the frequency of brain waves. Sometimes from gamma waves 30/35 Hz which testify to a great cerebral activity, to delta waves, those of deep sleep lower than 4Hz. Sleep well
I've flown on a DC-3 and a commercial DC-4 4 cyl prop engine plane, at night. Believe me, it is super relaxing. But the video can't impart a sense of the vibration though, which is part of the total experience. My Dad's official USAF command plane was the C-54. the military version of the plane.
I have a severe hearing loss coupled with tremendously loud tenitius. I Bluetooth my cell to an Anker speaker under my pillow and usually play the B-17 noise. The lower frequency helps to distract from the tenitius. But, at times, it's very hard to hear because of the hearing loss. So an increase in volume would be a blessing. Thank you for these sounds to sleep by.
I use a box fan with an air filter behind it to help with the tinnitus. I don't have the fan pointing at me, I just have it for the sound. The air filter not only helps with removing dust in the air, but helps to increase the bass of the fan noise.
Thank you Don for making these I have had sleep problems all my life. now even more than ever with my Tenititus and I burst fracture one of my vertebrae in a freak accident so I’m screwed together lots of pain only sleeping 5 hours at best I started off listening to rain storms then blizzards and Gregorian chants to lift my spirits I found your posts and I like this one because the revolutions are slower and a different pitch lower and now I might wake up 4/5 later but now I’m able to go back to sleep and dream for 3 hours and my dreams are very important to me because they are of things to come in my life my dreams are my future or possibly past lives I sure there are others out there like myself. Anyway just wanted to know how much you have helped me and if you make another one someday the low and slow seems to work better I will be listening nightly now as I have for the last month thank you again 🛌🥱🥱😴😴😴😴💤💤💤💤from John
@@soundsandrelaxing I always thought having these end with with a flat barrage would be a really groovy alarm clock . Wake me up when we're over berlin, oh you'll know ,lol .
I found your channel a few years ago. Never disappoints me. Love how I can sleep and relax so quick to your sounds. Thank you. Keep up the amazing work! 😌
Even bad times were good times back then... Our gone fellow pilots are not relly gone, just waiting for us to join them.with lots of beer and old stories we know by heart, but still.enjoy...Great Years, we were very happy.....and in my case lucky. Regards from the Argentine..

Here, let me translate: SLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP.....😴
After 46 years as a Pilot, hearing this steady regular sound is still great...
Good work boys..And girls of course...
I agree with you
Of the prop plane vids, this is one of the best

Sure , this is not flying.....But still...
Wow this is so good it's like taking a sound Tranquilizer.
Probably one of the best comments, thank you very much😃
One of the best ones I've encountered. Very realistic.

This is the best sound to sleep to yet, it's almost the perfect sound for sleep

Con sonidos como este logro estar a bordo de un cuatrimotor disfrutando los viajes de mi abuela materna!
así que ten un buen viaje !
para meditar en el abismo del sendero izquierdo esta bastante bien, gracias.
Still going and going I’ve probably been around the world a few times thank you 🙏🏻
Probably one of my best listeners, have a good trip ! 🙏✈️😴
Very nice but I would prefer it quite a bit louder. Remember, we can always turn sound down. But we are limited in how much we can turn it up.
Sorry....maximum level before saturation !

C’est toujours aussi agréable de s’endormir avec vos sons !
Thank you, have nice drams !
Love this. I’m out within in minutes! This is my favorite by far due to the lower, slower sound
Many thanks for your kind message ! 🛩️😴

Something amazing just added to RUclips today 😁
I' m agree 😉
Love this sleep sound in particular. Wish it wouldn’t pop up with an ad at 3:45 in the morning without me getting premium. That’s annoying.
Hi, it's not my choice, I'll complain to youtube
Feel like catching a flight tonight :)
Fasten your seat belt...imminent departure !✈

Quick answer : currently, just a random prop engine...
Actually I think it’s a C-47/DC-3 the He-111 had inline engines, the -47 had radials
That picture is a DC-3, i.e. C'47 military version, and I think the soumd is close enough to the Wright Cyclones to make me happy. I imagine flying all night from New York to La,. Of course you couldn"t do that non-stop back in the day. Very best sound track I"ve found for sleepinhg.
C-47. Harder to type in the dark!
Henkel engines always out of sync..
Eather a 17,C54...
Pilot to bombardier ..............
I thought I heard something funny in the engines sound around the 3 hour mark.
Gremlins!
Just wish it was louder
