Be careful! I went to Fushimi Inari in 2020 at night. At some point there will a few wild boars and were NOT in a mood for "socializing" with humans. I spent about an hour climbing up, but 15 minutes to get back down again!
Just an absolute grand slam video. Entertaining, informational, great editing, great looking. I'll be sure to be keeping your tips in mind for my trip to the area in a few months.
Your videos are fantastic. Such a dry sense of humour with a calming voice. I did notice you flew into Osaka via Air China - I'm travelling to Japan in March and using Air China I wanted to ask what your experience was like? There's not much in the way of information online.
Thank you! As for the flight, it's pretty standard stuff really. Nothing remarkable and nothing too unpleasant either, is there anything specific you'd like to know?
@@Will_Zhao travelling from the UK l, so just want to make sure we'll at least be comfortable to be honest. We've also got a nice chunky stop in Shanghai airport on the way back.
Leg room is on the smaller side but apart from that, nothing to complain. I guess your milage may vary based on the exact plane you are flighing on. @@GearsCT
@@Will_Zhao thanks for the information. Currently seeing how much it is to upgrade to business class 👀So we'll see how that goes. Looking forward to seeing the rest of your trip!
A well made video but you went to three of the few sites in Kyoto that get labelled 'must see' sites and are recommend by all RUclips vloggers, which in turn makes them overcrowded. There are so many more other locations more scenic and more historically interesting in Kyoto. Kyoto's problem is mis-managed tourism as opposed to over-tourism. Next time you're in Kyoto I'd be happy to show you the 'real Kyoto'. For example why not look down on Kiyomizudera from the top of the Tomb of Toyotomi Hideyoshi, or visit Mount Oiwa and the Oiwa Shrine instead of Fushimi Inari Taishi. Visit the Grand Staircase at Fushimi Momoyama Castle leading up to the Tomb of Emperor Meiji. And don't forget a trip down to the hills of Uji.
I like your contents. 😊 Planning to take my family to Japan through Kansai airport. Itinerary would be Osaka & Kyoto…from airport to Kyoto for two or three days then Osaka for the rest our days in Japan or just stay in Osaka then day travel to Kyoto…which do you think is best? Can you recommend hotels as well? 😊
You are encouraged by JR to put in both your ticket and the pass. But actually, if the JR pass can be used for the train you are taking, insert only the JR pass will do just fine.
Please never stop making videos. It’t so much more enjoyable to learn all the specifics from you than from all of the boring basic travel influences.
I second this!
Your travel guides are incredible It's criminal you've not got more viewers!
Thanks!
this is making me nostalgic for japan so bad :(
Your video editing and meme usage is just fantastic. Enchanting, I can’t look away!

Guess I was right in not going any further🤣 How was it up there at night though? Apart from the wild life encounter that is 😅
Wow! Can't wait to see the rest of this series! 🍿
Great content and super good picture quality that is very comfortable to watch.
Love your video - I have watch most of them to prepare for my trip. +1 Respect

This series is so tranquil
OUT OF ALL THE VLOGS THAT I WATCHED THIS IS THE MOST HELPFUL 😊
Your videos have been very helpful. (Planning our trip to JPN)
Glad it was helpful! Enjoy your trip.
Nice narration, enjoyed it
I plan to do Kiyomizu-dera, Inari Taisha, Arashiyama and Kinkaku-ji. Do you think it's possible in one day (plan to start at 5am)
That's so cool! Looking for new videos
Thank you!

We often were confused when to put two tickets or just the JR pass

May i know the name of the bus stop for the Sannenzaka? It is the Kiyomizu-michi bus stop?
Yes.
I had to take a taxi a few times in Kyoto too😂
I too prefer Kirin over Asahi.
Yay!
