I did a week water fast last year. It worked for quick weight loss but wasn’t worth it. Once I started eating again, I gained all the weight back.

Damn water fast? That seems tuff. I did 16 / 8 fast for 2 year's . Just stay consistent with working out & diet and you will lose the weight again
Do dry fasting multiple days, eat for a day(keep it low carb), then dry fast again, keep the cycle between eating and fasting going, and weight will be lost forever.

Stopped adding sugar to my morning coffee a couple months back..only sugar now is from fruits.
Good job. Natural sugar from fruit is ok. It’s the added and refined sugar that’s a killer.
I just add milk or cream to my coffee now and no sweeteners
Damn that's pretty dope I wish I could quit it completely but I love cookies
I never tried to go no sugar but I know it’s the hardest thing to quit. I usually drink one soda a day and eat sweet treats when I’m stressed out.
Sugar is a killer for weight gain. I’m addicted to it myself.
