In my personal opinion, this is a very underrated song, but probably because they don’t have an official video (yet). You did touch on one aspect of this band I absolutely agree with. These women simply enjoy life and their work. In short they make me happy, even in my darkest days. Nemophila’s music is exactly what I prefer, but listen to countless other bands (mostly Japanese). I have an rather large vocabulary (English), but try to vary my comments. After around 4-5 years listening to this band and all of the comments, I have exhausted my superlatives. Fabulous band.

It's impossible for me to be anything other than happy and motivated after listening to their songs.
I discovered Nemophila a couple of years ago with their song "Dissension" then "Revive" & "Sorai" This band doesn't miss, all killer no filler!!! You have a lot of great music to look forward to my friend. Unfortunately Saki has left the group, so that's a bummer, but they a forging ahead as a four piece & still sound amazing!!!

Nemophila don't have a bad song. They did have a major song writer and arranger/producer called Kensuke Akiyama who wrote around 21 songs for them including most of their big songs. He has left the band just recently so from now on its down to the remaining 4 members plus probably others to forge ahead with new material. Also Saki wrote a few songs as well. It will be interesting to see how quickly they can get another album up and running depending on how quickly and prolific the ladies will be with song writing. The songs written by the band members so far have been great so we'll see how it turns out. Knowing Nemophila it will be something interesting and amazing. Hazuki is also in an all star band called KOIAI. Check out their latest live on their channel called "A new Picture". Its phenomenal.
This band doesn't miss.. I challenge you to find a less than stellar song!!.. My fav band by far.. keep going hard!!!!

The current lineup is a four-piece comprising HAZUKI on guitar and HARAGUCHI-SAN on bass. However, this recording of HAMMER DOWN includes SAKI, one half of the twin guitar attack of the original five-piece lineup.
Nemophila has become one of my favorite bands along with Evanescence and Kreator 🤘🔥🔥❤️❤️
Apart from the screaming this song reminds me of BABYMETAL. Nothing wrong with that .
