It is called Mivan Technology. But the difference here is plastic panels instead of aluminium formwork. Mostly it is used for high-rise buildings/ same floor plan buildings. We cannot do much modulations on it as they're pre-designed and manufactured. But this one is literally costly method but one advantage is time reduction of the construction period and it's serviceability compared to the conventional methods of construction.

For a concrete load bearing wall, there should be a double layer of vertical reinforcement.. Will it be possible in walls with minimum thickness. I think there will be structural complications. If the construction is with pillars and beams, (as in a framed structure) and concrete walls acts just as a partition, then it will be okay.. but for that condition why go for costly concrete instead of bricks.

I don't prefer concrete buildings. Since it is so heat obsorbent. We did meivan G+15 Floor structures.. Precatically i don't prefer for residential even though if this is so strong.
