Funny that you say this as you yourself are capable of hitting F1's, you are good at arrangements, and are in good shape. You are definitely underrated.
WOW! Elliott keeps getting more and more unbelievable with each new arrangement. Are all those G1s/F1s in chest, or does he just have crazy control of subharmonics/growls?
@byMarius Don't think that's the case actually, if anything, the G1's here are much more chest compared to Geoff's G1 in white christmas. Geoff's note is much more fried, so it would be more appropriate to call Geoff's note chest fry compared to the ones here. I know it seems crazy, but Elliot just has extremely low chest notes.
A Chen I can’t say anything to you because I’m not sure. Although I do know something. The G1 in white Christmas (said by him) and then analyzed by other basses is just a low chest note with bad placement, then he learnt to have a better placement and lost a few notes, that is why he sub harmonic G1 :))))
Axiom Vocal no problem thank you for responding and all I can say is I wasn’t able to find names anywhere but red jacket girl with main part it sounded very nice girl in blue jacket love the chaotic energetic and I couldn’t tell what your part was but I think it was the higher soprano part so nice beatboxing why eat wrapping paper and nice background it tied it together real nice and I could not tell for the life of me what the Santa dude (not Elliot) part or the other dude but I’m sure it was good
In Chelsea boots, no less! 😄😄 Fun fact: El is an absolute fitness nut. (But he still hated that we had to record more than one take of this scene/section..)
@@monolith757 not sure what exact part you’re referring to, but we almost never dissect and discuss notes/passages in such a categorical way. Rarely necessary and potentially counterproductive. Everything is sung in the way that makes the most sense for the singer, contextually. FWIW, though, they’re actually both tenors and can belt up there with no trouble.
2:04 ohhhhh
Elliot with the BODY, the LYRICS, the F1S, the ARRANGEMENT... this man DUMB.😂😂
Well done everyone!
Jojo Otseidu 😄😄🙏🙏(and we agree!)

I’m able to fallow elliots part with chest till the contra g like damn man nice work was that pure chest tho or a chest fry mix
And also the rest of you I just started watching y’all so I don’t know names I apologize but bringing the A game I see
Pure chest. Not familiar with ‘chest-fry mix’ as a technique, but I imagine the fry would make it sound pretty abrasive. And thanks haha. -El

@Nathan Lyle I think your right Nathan upon further inspection but still damn that’s insane
GENIUS.

Great work! XD
WAS ELLIOT DOING REAL PUSH-UP WITH HER ON BACK???
In Chelsea boots, no less! 😄😄

@@axiomvocal Correct me if im wrong: in that section baritone was mixing (mixed voice) and tenor used head-voice?

@@axiomvocal Do you have ideas about future covers? I think alt-Z - breezeblock have as much space in arrangements as ride my pony thing.
@@monolith757 we haven’t met in a while, but almost anything is fair game. Thanks for the suggestion!
What happened to them?
