Hi Dooby, Kenji says the step that makes the most difference in making an egg easy to peel is to put it into boiling water instead of waiting for the egg and water to come to a boil together. It works mostly every time - don't even need the ice water afterwards if you want to wait for them to cool down. Love the videos :0)

There’s a really good Korean Supermarket called Oseyo near Chinatown that has a good selection of marinaded meats, Prepared sides, meals and tteokbokki. They also have a good pantry and frozen section
