the whole Johnny being obsessed with Marissa storyline was dragged out for too long. They should’ve just had Kaitlin come back sooner and her & Johnny could’ve dated sooner. That would’ve been a more interesting storyline, little coop dating an older guy even though they were only a couple years apart.
Doesn't the Ryan/Marissa/Johnny triangle remind anyone of the Twilight saga triangle? Johnny (sunny guys to tortured soul) is Jacob, Ryan is Edward (strong boyfriend who is devoted to Marissa) with Marissa as Bella (torn between two guys who love her)?
