Sleeping on your back is better for aging/skin issues though. I would assume going switching sides each night would be best. I know when you are pregnant, it’s best to be on your left side..and I only remember that because I tend to be a right side sleeper, so I had to force myself to do it with each of my pregnancy’s towards the end. I forget why, but at believe it’s to help the baby get in the right position and there is another reason as well. But I personally think again, switching sides each night is for the best. Or if you are like me and wake up at 3am like clockwork, just switch sides midway. But I’m a back sleeper now for the most part. I kind of sleep in every position as I do move throughout the night.
