    Hiii just wanted to say there is a certification now for osteoporosis. The bone health and osteoporosis foundation has the bone fit certification just brought to the US this year. My coworker and I just took it this June.

    Btw a hex/trap bar could be an option for those with thoracic kyphosis for deadlifts; would give an easier ability to thoracic lift while continuing to load the hips..

I was interested in the follow up email that you mentioned Melissa would be sending out? Is that still available?     I’m more looking for workout to put the webinars, talk show, explanations to actions. Complete osteoporosis workout . Thanks anyways
