Yes that’s right there is a Stitch anime which has 3 seasons (has an official dub) & takes place after his time with Lilo now he lands in Japanese where he becomes friends with a young girl name Yuna, but they didn’t even mention the series that Stitch was in after this being “Stitch & Ai” where he ends up in China
probably because the latter series is not good unlike the OG series and heck even the Anime is not that bad as least that's what i'm thinking.

The gadgets/weapons thing isnt that big a factor. The first episode of the anime is also fairly weird seeing how Yuna(Lilos replacement) was immediately able to fight on par with Stitch. There is also 2 series after the disney one. Stitch!(first anime) and then another one named Stitch and Ai.
To be fair, if you remove Ironmans suit you also have to remove caps super soldier serum

Small warning for the stitch anime
It has the weirdest/worst canonical conclusion ever regarding lilo and stitch's relationship
What was it, like they had a falling out over a misunderstanding and they both thought the other hated them? And he sees a girl he thinks is Lilo but it's really her daughter?

She appears once as an adult on like one of the last few episodes talking to one of stitch's current family member, lilo says she went to college for 4 years, stitch waited but she never returned. And when she finally returns, she said she couldnt take care of stitch anymore, but it felt like she just doesnt want to. Stitch overheard the whole thing and ran crying.
Mind you this is near the end of the show's run
