After watching your videos, I've begun looking at building houses in a different way. I'm also noting down several tricks you used for your houses. For example, I love the way you hide your fireplace chimneys between walls, and the sink in idea of the sitting room area is just awesome.

Evening Enigma A normal wall is the same height as 4 single stars. You can also just use the cheat code constrainfloorelevation false to make walls the same height as foundations.

this house look very nice but its is pretty much unlive-able .... i mean there is pretty much no privacy in here, im as a guy wouldnt worry much about this but if i ever have a wyfe then for very obvious reason this is certainly a problem. i love the house tho, thanks for sharing.
The way everything is white give me a bit of the neon affect because even though everything is white its bright and making it white was an amazing touch because it also does give the feel of a verry eco friendly place and i love the plants.

Hello. Do you see where at the beginning of the video he puts the basement thingy underneath the house and then builds it on top of it? That's the thing. When you build your house, you put tiles on and you go to the place where you want your living room, then select the hammer tool and remove the tiles. You will notice a hole forming into the ground. Now all you have to do is put some stairs going down to the living room and decorate! Enjoy!
this has got to be my favorite so far. I like how minimal it is and how clean it looks. although I would switch out the "hints of color" for more modern pieces.

@CI1ntzzz You build the walls and then u build a small square box of walls next to it. Then type in testingcheatsenabled on and constrainfloorelevation false into the cheat bar. Then lower the ground under the square of walls and then use the flatten ground tool on the top of the square of walls to lower the flatten the rood...
My God. If the folks at EA don't hire you to design their homes in Sims 4, well, they are just idiots! You have got such an amazing talent for this. Just .. amazing. Once more, a truly stunning home to behold.

U need to use constrain floor elevation and use the edit terrain tool and yah Ig that's how he did it

That professional bar sure seems to be Curtis's fave item from the sims 3. He uses it in ALL his houses. But I like it.

That usually depends if the property is near a lakeside or beachfront area. If it is, then you will get the beautiful vista moodlet.

you should use the "placefriezes" cheats. when its on, you can place foundation on a roof, and when its off, you cant.

you need late night then go on the wall sets and it should be a grey and black tile wall and just change them to white
