Fiat Ducat chassis cab (www.fiatprofessional-me.com/en/Models/Ducato_Conversion/Load_capacity) with an Autotrail “second stage” conversion . Fiat & Peugeot are the main choices for motorhome (RV) constructors in Europe, Ford & Mercedes are not uncommon.
