When it comes to r&b, I'm usually stuck in the past (70's, 80's, 90's, 1st decade of the 2000's). This is my first time hearing both of these artists. Very beautiful voices. I think for me the big difference is the music itself. It has a more old school sound to it. No trap/hip-hop beat that is so prevalent in todays r&b. The orchestra feel really adds to the music. I sampled some more of this album and instantly bought it. Well done gentlemen. Well done.
