Potato boiled not used in this right & tempering also not necessary right. Only coat in breadcrumbs not necessary first in a batter. So easy nd great!

Lightly dry roasted chickpea flour (channa atta) about 2 teaspoons for 500gms or 1 small boiled & mashed potato. Sri Lankans use boiled potato, and it tastes awesome.
