Not Peachy literally picking up 1000 pound animals casually 😭 Also I hope they make an animation for the horses to sleep standing up also to have variety! Maybe by having them drop their head a little lower than normal, that would be adorable!

Yessss! Im so excited to actually need to feed and give water to my horses. I should probably start building a stable instead of having a empty void with a random paddock in it haha, thank you for this video otherwise I wouldn’t have known!
Also I’m so excited about feed bins, will definitely add a ton of realism to the game.

Thank you for the update on SWEM! My life currently does not allow for SWEM time more than twice a month, but am always interested in the best horses in the gaming world. BTW, the comment count for me showed 3 comments, but I counted 31, with mine being #32.

SWEM can be downloaded here, this version IS OUT!
Do not download SWEM from any other place, that could be dangerous.

This update is for 1.18 only, they will not be doing this for 1.16
I know that this idea had something to do with development but I do hope they revisit the idea of attempting to add this in as a lot of current players do still use 1.16.5 :,)
Your horses will not die if they are not fed, SWEM horses will only die from external damage, so not starvation/dehydration.
You can update this manually by applying it to your CurseForge modpack, I have an installation guide here on how to install SWEM

This update is still fairly buggy, so please remember to pay attention to the SWEM Discord if you want any updates, I will not be providing those unless I make a video on it!

I don’t have SWEM yet my laptop can’t handle it but I’m getting a full on like desktop PC setup for my birthday and I’m 100% going to spend b-day Monday on JAVA to get SWEM, so I was wondering like when you have SWEM downloaded like you have 1.18 and in like a few months they make a 1.20 or something will you’re game automatically update itself or would you have to delete it and re download the 1.20 version? Hope this makes sense!

Do I need to install a new update? My horses never seem to drink or eat or lay down or anything of that sort in my worlds. Is that part of V2?

Question how come every time I right click my horse to either put on tack or to change the coat color it doesn’t work it just makes me ride the horse?
It needs to be tamed.

Can your horse die or get sick if you dont feed/water it? I think that would be a cool feature in the future
SWEM horses do not die from starvation or thirst! I believe the only way for them to die is block damage (like w/e placement) and also by the player killing them.

So I have had 1.16.5 SWEM for a while, but i cant find SWEM 1.18 of curseforge anywhere. I thought that that was the right version, but now im second guessing myself. I made sure to maker a new folder and everything, but just cant find it. Any tips?

You can do it through the curseforge app, it can auto-update!
Currently my modpack doesn't have the most recent SWEM as there was a problem with SWLM bugging

what shaders do you use? everytime i use shaders w the new version the horses are messed up, please help?
You’ll need to use a shaders where you can turn off entity shadows as that’s why the horses TPose - I use complementary

they should add like that horses can die of sickness starvation old age and horse markets where you buy for gems a horse to train or to grow up and that horses after 20 min dont be alduts but over time
Horses can only die of outside sources because nobody should have to worry abt their pixelated horse passing 🤍

do you build your own trees? i seriously love each of the trees in your world and i can never get mine to look nice if i spawn them with a sapling or world edit xD
Most of the time, I plant a large oak tree or use World Edit to make trees and change their leaves! :)
But some of these trees are custom, yes!~
