Is there any difference between a crani-ventral medialstinal cyst and a pulmonary tumor with radiology?
It is so difficult to me… because they have soft tissue~lipd opaque and mass shape😢😢…
Can you give me a tip to distinguish them ?

In the VD/VD view the mediastinal cyst will be located in the mediastinum while the pulmonary mass will be in the lung field (left or right to the mediastinum).
