Sir please make a vedio of Agrobacterium mediated genetic transformation on ur own ,,, coz ur teaching is easy to understand dan dis computational study.....so its a request....please be quick
Does VirD2 cap essential for nuclear localization, along with VirF? Or any random ssDNA can be transported into the nucleus? Another question I have in mind, they is a recognition region for cutting the T-DNA as specific sight, the endonuclease maybe cause a single strand break, removing a T-DNA.. but the Ti-plasmid is repaired back in the bacteria. But really believe it's just a endonuclease & a type of helicase enzyme remove the T-DNA fragments. But for new scientist like us, we don't really know the target sequence. It's however important for when making new genes for alteration.
Why he is explaining simple binary vector with taking Gateway vector as an example, simply take other plasmids as examples like: pCAMBIA series vectors, pBIN vectors etc
He is telling about the vir F but did not mention in the previous slide , where function of all vir genes are mentioned. Needs more improvement in teaching
all videos are very nice for m.sc. students. excellent presentation.
Your explanation is amazing. I think you can improve it more by adding subtitles
yes. you are right.
Reply sir
Sir this cycle explained in Hindi 👍🙏🙏🙏 I requested sir

YES I ALSO WANT SAME
Sir ur video's always protecting me during the time of exams😅!!!
Tnx a lot sir..🙏 the way of ur explanation is just amazing 🤗
Glad to hear that you're getting benefit from my lectures
Really very informative 🙏🙏
Thank you

Can you please provide an updated link for the original content for the images you used? Thank you for explaining this complex concept.
Why your energy level is low in this lecture?
In other lectures your energy level is outstanding.
yes, and this explaination was so bad, his other lectures are nice
Thank you so much sir 🙏🙏😊😊
You're welcome
Which chapter is the ppt used in this video is present on?
P.S. Excellent explanations
Which gene is responsible for the integration of the TI-plasmid into the host genome? Maybe D2?
Thank you for this video. Please can you share with me the slide of this video.
Thank you. I don't have these slides
So the VirF-operon codes for "signal peptides" which will allow the T-complex to enter the Nuclear Envelope of the plant cell?
Sir!which transformation method is best for plant transformation and why?
Any body know if T-DNA content promoters or the foreign gene use promoter of inserted gene
how do the agrobacterium differentiate between transfected and non-affected cells? Is it through the presence/absence of nopaline/octopine?
nice presentation thanks for do this...:-)
Sir!
Can u send me PowerPoint presentation of agrobacterium discovery with the passage of time???

How can i get notes of this
what's your inspiration?
Students like us who comes here just b4 the xams. Lol

All will be updated
@@shomusbiologyofficial THANK YOU SIR

What are all the vectors in agrobacterium mediated Gene transfer?
Sir this cycle explained in Hindi requested sir🙏🙏🙏🙏
Please add the English translation while playing the video
Ok
Sometimes he is also not sure how to explain the terms and vir genes properly.
CaMV mediatted

You're welcome
did not understand through your english, please improve it
A total confused fellow
Dude, please try to get better at speaking english. Your accent is difficult to understand.
