I currently have a men's sherpa jacket with that typical orangy courderoy material but definitely thinking about updating it to something from the women's section like the second of the two you showed! I wear mine from fall all the way through to winter, super warm, and for me with a lot of the winter jackets, there's always that noise (like with a puffer) that I was always annoyed by, so I tend to prefer soft materials unless I actually need a rainproof thing.

Oh corduroy sounds nice :) And for sure know what you mean by the noise haha, but I need the waterproof/windproof capabilities for my walks - but otherwise I usually try to stick to softer fabrics too!
