Great filming and soundtrack. My favorite destination is Switzerland and you bring me back to my past with intense emotion. As a young man I always took the wheel of my dad's car when they lived in Fribourg. Sadly, my pop died a few years ago but the memories of blasting around Switzerland are ingrained in my mind forever! Thanks for the great reminder of good times! By the way, I saw 2 minivans pass you at the beginning, we need to get you a faster ride. LOL

The railway line visible to the right of the Motorway is actually the Zurich-Sargans Mainline which heads into Austria. I wonder if Switzerland does have a terminal to put lorries on Trains
Nice. I drove this part of the A3 in similar weather last September but I came off onto Road 17 and went over the mountains. Unfortunately, my dashcam mount broke so the footage I got is squint - which is a shame as the mountain pass is spectacular.
Parallel to the Walensee highway lies the Walensee road. It's an impeccable lakeside cruise (80 km/h) with almost no traffic and plenty of spots to relax & chill.

I travel this route regularly. Although near the end you are in Glarus, that is not the main valley. Glarus is to the left in a parallel valley
