- Last year, I was privileged to partner with Broadway composer Zina Goldrich and create this modern take on the traditional cantor’s prayer.
I can’t wait to share with you everything we have in store for this season at Park Avenue Synagogue in New York. While in-person seating is limited, we will continue broadcasting services live from our main sanctuary free of charge and all are welcome!
Schedule of services:
Erev Rosh Hashanah, Friday / Sep 15 at 6pm
Rosh Hashanah Day 1, Saturday / Sep 16 at 9:30am (No Shofar on Shabbat)
Rosh Hashanah Day 2, Sunday / Sep 17 at 9:30am (Shofar blasts at 10:30am)
Kol Nidrei, Sunday / Sep 24 at 6:30pm
Yom Kippur, Monday / Sep 25 at 9:45am, 1pm (Yizkor), 5:45pm (N’ilah), 7:29pm (Final Shofar Blast)

Best Jewish kantor in the world I think. I know because I’ve had my life in many different countries, and as a Jew I’ve joined my local Jewish community all over the world.
I absolutely love Azi Schwarz but the best!! Certainly up there with Lemmer x2, Helfgott, Hetrzlik, Shai Abrahamson oh I could name so many. One thing for certain he is brilliant with a beauitiful voice and an understandig of the songs. The best I cant decide but thankfully we have many to choose from.

As always Cantor brings such power and emotion to his prayers.
I am not Jewish but I don't know whether to applaud or drop to my knees.
Either way, I am sure that a merciful G_d will hear such fervent prayers.
