If you are using Python 3.6 through 3.9, you can install torch 1.8 using `pip install torch==1.8.0`. It might give errors otherwise. Ref: pypi.org/project/torch/1.8.0/

Yes, it can be done! But the model architecture for LSTM needs to be changed accordingly.
