CDT 2022 Days 143 & 144

More hot days with longer water carries but I ran into Nature, Mr. Fabulous, and their friend Gluten Puff! It was so nice to see familiar faces again. Gluten Puff hiked out to the CDT on a side trail to meet Nature and Fab and slack pack them to the trailhead. She hiked their extra gear back to her car and drove down to meet them there. I decided to push myself to the trailhead to meet up with them. They were still up at the trailhead campground and hoping that i'd show up even though I arrived around midnight. We had a campfire and lots of trail magic. I still remember eating oreos, bananas, and fruit sacks. It was one of the more memorable nights of my thru hike.

The bridge didn't look like benchmark, must still be south of there. Exciting country coming up. Hike on Mishap.

@@montanadan2524 I was headed into Augusta from there. Not sure exactly what Trailhead it was anymore.

What do u use to navigate? Just far out or do use Gaia too

@@lenoredisman3192 Far out mainly. I use Avenza for off trail stuff.
