- Bora Bora French Polynesia 4K. Reality of living.
In this episode you are going to see fish in the airport, how to open a coconut, hide battery banks in the your pockets and how to jump start a family car.
I`m beginng my journey in Moorea Airport which is small one because it only have 3 flights to another islands per day.
So unfortunately air Tahiti allows you to take only 5 kg in the hand lugged carry on so I need to do some repacking lets see what happen cause I really have a lot of weight in hand luggage look like also I will need to take my battery banks in my pockets so I have to cheat a little bit lets see what happen. My battery banks they weight a lot.
Airport is small but they have a snack bar which offer baguette with French fries inside. Bora Bora offers a lot of excursions and I’m going without a plan what to do there
Check in for the hotels starts right away at the airport so on the arrival you do not go to reception, you are going from the boat straight in to your room.
I`m going to the main island by ferry which is free and takes only 20 minutes. Some of the hotels in Bora Bora cost over 1000 USD a night per person but Im staying in airbnb bungalow which is located right at the bay, great spot for me because I`m able to fly the drone and take some good shoots for the sunset.
Family of Blaqu is living directly on the water shore in Fanui Bay. Before I go inside the house let me show you the sorounding. They have small house which he build himself, tranquil life with many coconut and mango trees. My day and time in Bora Bora is almost over, my next island to visit is Maupiti Развлечения
It just shows that people who usually don't have much, usually have a heart of gold.
They are truly very rich at heart! Wow ....
Yes, you can see it by the devil sign of his hands at 7:19
yes and schools for r free of charge !
To be honest, what more does on need in paradise
My friends from Tonga love to vacation in the dessert (Vegas and Arizona)
No winter clothes, no heating, cheap house, free land, play the guitar, wife and kids what else you want ? Maybe new battery for your car and that's it ))). I still love expensive cars, luxury girls and beautiful islands- don't have any yet but I try to say that everybody deserve what he/she wants and hope without wars, conflicts etc.
Possible yes
You’ve never been poor and born on an island
They are prob happier than most rich people
Correct!
Shane..yes! They seem to be content and happy. Screw the USA! It's become a joke living here..as well as an embarassment.
@@LeesaGio true. USA is boring
About the happiest dude on utube
He really needs his own channel, to showcase the Tahiti, instead of us seeing the fake stuff all the time.👍😁
I so want to live like them. It seems so blissful ❤️
This is beautiful. I have some weird fantasy of just chartering flights for cash and living on an island nation like this and just living my best life.
all is possible to do.
It is amazing to see how they live off the land and have more than I see on a daily basis. Being at home more during this time has really helped shift my mindset regarding living more off the land (placing items in my body). Thank you for the video.
Thanks Alicia. I hope when this covid times are finish I will be able to go back there.
A good revanew for Bora Bora island would be for either the USA or another country to sell them some car batteries
@@carolannpatterson5294 No it would ruin them and their natural ways which are best.. they're already addicted to McDonald's a family I camped with their told me coz I work for Maccies lol
People there must be much happier and healthier than us living in big cities! My dream holiday location! See you one day Bora Bora 💙💦🌊
I would like to go there again.hopefully one day
If 63% obesity is healthier then yes...
Don't believe it, Polynesians are some of the most unhealthy now as their diet and lifestyle has changed from 200+ years ago. Most people prefer to shop at supermarkets and eat imported food rather than producing their own and they're not as physically active as before, like most people around the world.
The locals there so beautiful! I met one family like that and they used their boat for carrying my and my friends back to the port when there was no taxi! Hopefully, I can back there again.
Very. nice. people.
When I realized it was Blanqui's music that you used right from the start of the video, it tied it all together.
Nicely done, he should receive some royalties! I'd use that for some of my backgrounds if I could...very relaxing.
Really nice family. But i have to tell You. Everybody is nice there !
Blacko. The guy also raps you should hear him he is really good!
You know him personally?
@@INEEDvacations yes, I lived in Bora Bora from Jan 2018 to June 2019. I think I'm moving back when flights start again. If you ever come back in the future hit me up and will let you know if I'm still there.
Let me know. I will visit You
Life is very simple in the islands and living off the land is the best and healthy way of living. The problem now is many people there are now heavily being introduced to many things western even their lifestyle and the kind of "success" they are being "forced" to prefer and like. I don't have to blame anyone, but it's just the trend the whole world is taking upon itself that you need to have money, you need to have electricity, running water, western styled houses, the "images" of a civilized modern world, dressed up certain way, act certain way, etc etc. Most young Islanders of today find it hard to go back to live simple lives like that because they have adopted a kind of "modern" lifestyle where instant gratifications and verifications from other people play a big part in their mentality, etc that any decision to go back to simple lifestyle is seen as a "downgrading" from the modern life..
I totally agree with you! I believe that we're not supposed to live like this what destroys us and our planet ! We're not supposed to get dressed in 5 min. and eat breakfast in 1 min and drive with the subway while we're surfing in social media , sit 8 hours in front of the Pc eat fast and in the end of the day watch Netflix to get more manipulated
Omg, he is so kind n humble
Man I absolutely love this family! I really wish it was a way for us to donate to them! They were so hospitable ❤
Thanks for sharing. This was fun to watch and a good reminder of how simple life in the Pacific islands is.
Yes, this is nice family and humble host
I'm a Stamp Collector & I collect French Polynesian stamps only. I admired Polynesian's culture of Love & Peace. Your video shows the heart & soul of Polynesian people
Thanks !
I hope you gave them some money
for hosting you. Having travelled a lot, I'm pretty sure that's part of why they did it.
Anyway, really wonderful to see the "real" Bora Bora instead of 5 star chain resorts, thank you.
At 12:50: I am an American of Polish descent, so the Polish expression "na zdrowie" which essentially means "cheers" was quite the surprise to hear in Bora-Bora!
A great video which shows the real Polynesia. Thank you, and Na Zdowie!
Im 100% polish
he taught them that to say :)
I'm thinking there must be virtually no colon cancer among the native polynesians.
Must be some of the healthiest people on Earth. What a gift to be born into this life.
This is life! Amazing Nature, Because is Expensive there. But they REALLY live like kings in Simplicity, I Love that. God 🙏 Bless this Country!
Real life of real people in paradise. Interesting video. Thanks.
True

Super Kanał! Dzięki za dzielenie się przygodami, powodzenia!
DZieki Paweł !
I'm from the Dominican Republic and this reminds me of my childhood when I went to Boca Chica or took down some mangos with my best friend Tato.
I was living in Santo Domingo around 6 years and many times visited Boca Chica.
@Thomas Kreuzer Bora Bora?
@Thomas Kreuzer oh.. it is sad to hear that about my country. I honestly dont visit boca chica anymore (times have changed) I visit more Las Terrenas, Sosua and other gems around the country :)
Lucky u get to spend time with the local people. Nice humble family welcome a stranger into there house
Really nice video 👌🏼 keep it up.

The food i had there was amazing, la poisson cru, coconut bread, fresh fruit everywhere.
This is the paradise on earth, they're very kind and friendly, the most happiest peoples, beautiful ocean view, nice beaches, they have the wonderful culture, I love it, imagine to be there to fill my heart with love and happiness.
Very nice people !
I think life there is laid back n just wonderful...just so beautiful
Sorry, I will speak in french and try to translate well in english.
------------------
This family is just great! It is because of this kind of families that I, living in metropolitan France, dreamed of living in Polynesia one day.
I love my life in metropolitan France but I think I would love so much more to be surrounded by people like them ... ❤
I dream of going bk here to.. to just build a hidden shack and die off there. Be bliss
My favorite part of traveling....Spending it with the locals! They may not have alot, but they give you everything they have! PRICELESS!
I went to matira beach when I was there and shared my food with a local who came over chatting to me and he gave me a pearl
Yes, i love this Kind of adventure

Most coconut trees near salt water tend to be more sweet.

Yes, regular life of good people
Wow, the simplicity or maybe their minimalistic lifestyle is true happiness. I could switch my "secure" life in Sweden living their life anytime.

Good tips!

Just found your channel! Amazing man! Ive always wanted to travel to Bora Bora since i found it as a kid, but its so expensive for the hotels.. But tbh, if i travel there im not gonna pay for the expensive ones.. You are only in the hotel for when you are going to sleep.. But still its gonna be really expensive.. Btw that man was really good at singing, where is his spotify hahahhahahaha, keep up the good work man!
They are living the dream. This simple lifestyle is much better than the avarge european or american expensive lifestyle.
Love this
Thanks!
Tevaiti my friend 🤙🏼🤙🏼😊

@@INEEDvacations Sure thing!

If I ever make it there, I’ll introduce myself mentioning your video and ask if he wants help building your haus! 😉 I’m really digging your videos by the way.

Greeting from Montenegro!
P.S:
Would be nice to got your e-mail address, to tell me something (answers, etc) to keep in touch... thanks.
the guy who is playing guitar has got a tatoo on his neck. the tatoo is 2 chinese characters which means angel. guess life in bora bora should be kind of easy and relaxed, without that $1000/night hotel.
great video. we all know u will need batteries to shoot. but pls never check in your battery. they can start a fire in the cargo bay and this will be resulting fatal accidents. pls never try to put the battery in check in baggage. it can only be carried on
Oh hey lol, I used to go to the same college as the woman at 7:29

I'm very impressed! They live in a very simple house but the locations where their house is it's just breathtaking! Maybe I ask which camera you film this? The image quality is so clean!

@@INEEDvacations thanks mate! Such good images. cheers
You are welcome. If You need better quality I know a lot more about footage and recording Now. Let me know
@@INEEDvacations I have subscribed the your channel.. waiting for more videos.. Your video was very well made, good story in there.. Trust me, I also do videos and love your style. Keep it up man! Really good!
Thanks. Some people hate me for this video as You see in the comments. Injust wanted to show how other people live free
It’s amazing to me that this family could probably live for a year on what it costs for one night at the resort across from them..
Nice- thanks, are still there?
Why is the coconut sweet because its growing in Sand near the beach. The same on Suwarrow island the coconuts are really sweet.
I'm wondering if your friend is good on the electric guitar.
