Thanks for this tutorial 😊 How do you balance when you lift both legs off the ground?

I got a massive bruise on my shoulder that was visible even after a week and quite painful for the first few days, is that normal?

This is happening to me too. I'm finding it very painful on my shoulder when I do it. And I havr a big tender bruise. I was being rushed in an in person floor class to learn it so I'm wondering my technique was wrong. Because I feel like no one would be doing this on a regular basis if it was painful. I hope she can give some tips

Why does my shoulder hurt as hell and I have a feeling it's breaking when I do this position? 😭

Hey, I practiced a pole assisted shoulder stand yesterday and heard a crunching from my clavicle. Do you think you fractured something? How are you feeling now?

@@ginajacobson1687 I am ok, but I can't do the position because it hurts so I can't practise it.

@@annajelinkova9581does it still hurt without putting pressure on it? Are you afraid to try it again?

@@ginajacobson1687 It doesn't. Only if I try to do the shoulder stand. Maybe I need to strenghten my shoulders and workout more.
