@Audi a4/s4 maybe he did it cause the 535d dashboard goes to 260 and obviously if you can't see this car is doing more than 260...and the m5 dashboard looks way cooler that the normal one
it's deffinitly a diesel engine, but with a speedometer of a M5 e60. Cause you can see, that it reaches not more than 5500 rpm and changed up the the next gear. Only the speedometer was changed from a M5 to a diesel vehicle
The gauges you are using.. have you ganged the hole thing or just the gauges!? and how did you get so much red..?? Looks good! Want to do the same with mine..
Christ! 276 kph (172 mph) at just 4000 rpm?? that's 43 mph per 1000 rpm!! Any petrol engine under 6 litres would be begging for mercy & buckling at the knees with that gearing, - before dying on its ass at the slightest hill.. To think that a remapped straight 6 diesel of just 2993 cc can produce the same peak torque of a 7.5 litre petrol engine is just astonishing.
+KevinTheFirefighter Each to their own, Kev. Fun is a relative thing. I personally prefer a diesel's huge in gear torque in top, where it feels like you're being catapulted from a huge elastic band with barely any revs on the clock. Or cruising at 80 or 90 with just a little over 2200 rpm that makes long distances so lazy & effortless. Or at the UK legal limit with a 2.7 v6, & watching 55 mpg come up on the average fuel consumption. There is a long steep 2 mile drag on the M5 heading toward Plymouth that defeats 160 bhp 2.0 petrol's of my experience to stay in top. But a 2.0 diesel set in cruise control @ 70 with just 2000 rpm on the clock just sailed up in 6th without losing a single mph. Sure those things wouldn't please everyone, - for some, a loud exhaust, high rpm ceiling, & 0-60 in under 5 seconds is non negotiable, - but it's diesel every time for me. : ) P.s The mpg difference isn't a little. it's a lot! - I had a little manual 67 bhp 1.0 litre petrol Chevrolet Matiz. (yeah, I know, I know!) Then I had a 205 bhp 2.7 V6 auto diesel coupe that's double the weight. I got 10 mpg better average consumption out of the diesel than I did from the Matiz. That's why diesel cylinder blocks take longer to warm up. Thermal efficiency. 3 times the power, double the weight, requiring less fuel. Smiles all round I reckon!
***** Agreed. Though I would imagine that if someone is looking for a 3 litre petrol (already some 240 + bhp, & needs twin turbochargers to go with it, (535i) - then outright performance is probably the main priority, not economy, - & they certainly aren't going to be deterred by the 15 mpg deficit to its diesel counterpart! There is of course greater potential to develop high bhp from a turbocharged petrol than a diesel, because of the 3000 + rpm higher rev ceiling. Also, diesel combustion efficiency begins to drop after approx 3250, which is why, for high outputs over 100 bhp per litre, several turbos are usually required. A naturally aspirated petrol can exceed 100 bhp /litre if it can maintain torque peaks to around 8000. I don't really see the point of very high performance diesels with 2 & even 3 turbochargers. Diesels are primarily about efficiency. Turbo's have made them more efficient by being able to pull interplanetary gear ratios, - but eventually, they are extracting so much performance from effectively a 2500 rpm rev band, that mpg & emissions start suffering. 140 bhp from a 2 litre diesel is plenty for road cars. & 230 is plenty from a 3 litre. I once had a Citroen AX with a naturally aspirated 1360cc diesel of 53 bhp! I drove down to Cornwall at a steady 50 mph, & when I brimmed the tank again on arrival, had achieved a staggering 106 mpg over a distance of 240 miles! The fuel needle barely left the full mark! Even though it was the less efficient indirect injection type, no modern diesel can even approach that figure. Not even the 800cc diesel Smart car?? Where has all the efficiency gone? Performance.
Becaouse it s poorly done tune as you will notice the oil needle is not working either so yea i'm not shure that needle for speed is showing correct as well.
E60 535d doesnt have that gauge, and this has m5 dash therefore it doesnt work. Cold engine must be the most common comment on acceleration videos because people want to seem smart.
The speed is not accurate, provided its a 6 sp (zf6hp26) then it shifts into top geat at 255kmph and unlimited will hit between 270 and 280kmph... 350ps is easily attainable with this flatform, hell you don't need to change anything but software to get near 400ps
Since the instrument cluster is from the M5/M6, and the 535D does not have a temperature gauge, I don't think this one is connected to anything, which is why it shows 50 degrees C. At that speed, I'm pretty sure the engine is warm enough.
the top model 535 d comes with 286 bhp and can me simply remapped to around 400 bhp, but at 400 bhp you woould need a better clutch/gearbox as the stock gearbox doesnt last over 750 torque
ralf jakobson Wystarczy, że ma mniejsze koła (czyt. niski profil opon) i przekłamanie gotowe. Mam u siebie w A3 profil 35 i przy 200kmph prawie 20kmph różnicy.
the needle shows 300 km/h, the digital shows 273 km/h..... :D .... 27 km/h difference between the needle and the digital? hmmmmmmmm..... my Mercedes shows 260 km/h at the needle and 260 km/h in the digital... (gasoline V6, 231 hp/300 torque)
what the fuck should there be an fake??? its an 535D with the M5 Dash.... and everyone knows: M5 got oil temp gauge and and 535 not... so whats ur prob :)?
How can your name be MStylePower? Just listen to the engine and look at where he changes gears... It's just m5 tacho. Badly done too, the oil temperature dont work and thats not so hard to get goin'.
lol ?? ...desel power ? ...:D ..no sound exhauts omfg a this ....My 1.8t which is old and has a 220hp engine goes 260 km / h ... and this has 350hp and lends 3.0b-turbo Desel ..slow acceleration ...if I modified my car with k04 turbo so would be well for smaller engine displacement old engine
Holden Caulfield because is nottttttttttttttttttttttt the original dashboard is from the bmw m5 e60,that car in that video is a diesel and diesel revs to low rpm.
BMW has never produced a diesel engine that can make so many rpm! An BMW m5 or an other BMW patrol engine can make so many rpm, not an diesel. Even the M550D not.
IT IS A BMW 535D E60 WITH THE BMW M5 E60 DASHBOARD. THAT'S WHY IT ONLY GOES TO 5000 RPM!!! SOME PEOPLE JUST SHOULD NOT WATCH CAR VIDEOS...
Filip Fanta xD
535 have only 260km/h i think:)
@Audi a4/s4 maybe he did it cause the 535d dashboard goes to 260 and obviously if you can't see this car is doing more than 260...and the m5 dashboard looks way cooler that the normal one
Most stupid idea
Idiots 😅
i love the work on the speedo mate!
everytime i watch such videos and read a comment like yours i always tell me it cant get any worse... u prove that it can.....
the digital readout displayed 270 km/h...the speedometer gauge isnt calibrated correctly
Where did he even get close to 300? That GPS digital indicator is a lot more accurate.
m5 display made special for diesel car - redline is at 5.000rpm / speed dial is a little of tho . Amazing machin !
Do you hard mode scale 9k rpm ?
it's deffinitly a diesel engine, but with a speedometer of a M5 e60. Cause you can see, that it reaches not more than 5500 rpm and changed up the the next gear. Only the speedometer was changed from a M5 to a diesel vehicle
276 da kaldı 300 biraz zor
hello read the tiltle is a 535D!
*non carguy be like*
I'm going to try to rev it to 8000 rpm
*some minutes later.....*
R.I.P engine
276 km/h, not 300....
did u wach the end?
Average speed... Never seen something like this american?
You don't get his point... plus we have 300+ BMW's here in the Netherlands as well. Not only Portugal.
its is a M5 sepedometer becasue of tuning
Never. 282Km/h (GPS) is over. The GearBox has finish.
I do portugal has the only bmw that does 300kms in real time gps and it is only sell in portugal, It is a unique car and bmw of course
The gauges you are using.. have you ganged the hole thing or just the gauges!? and how did you get so much red..?? Looks good! Want to do the same with mine..
He is not lieing though? He did write down he was driving a 535d. I have the Vmax on my 320d to and yes it does show 67 when the speedometer says 70.
Looks like we got ourselves a captain genious in here, lol.
thats not an m5 you see the redline at rpm is at 5k, it means it is a a diesel
That speedo is planets away from the actual speed 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
It only hit 275 Km/h but close enough
True. But it couldn't achieve a 45 mpg average fuel consumption along with that torque figure.

300kmh on 4000rmp. diesel power!
How you unlocked the digital km/h to go more than 260 i dont know how it go because i want to do this to my bmw
Becaouse it s poorly done tune
as you will notice the oil needle is not working either so yea i'm not shure that needle for speed is showing correct as well.
276 km-h ;)
Samir Arifovic you jealous ???
(250Km/h)
cold motor...
+Tomáš Sindl its not showing cause its the m5 speedo, and i think the oil isnt connected.
E60 535d doesnt have that gauge, and this has m5 dash therefore it doesnt work. Cold engine must be the most common comment on acceleration videos because people want to seem smart.
273 kmh 8 gear at 4003rpm
@MStylePower hi how can i install M5 dashboard on my e60 ? Is it possible? Many thanks greetings Nico

0:39 you were going 240 km/h or 230km/h ?? ( analog/computer )
But the car im talkin it is unique only sell in portugal. I mean that bmw is a diesel engine
Ah oui quand meme !!!!!! biturbo

Can anyone explain me how this is possible I want to buy a 535d is this possible by a little remap
the top model 535 d comes with 286 bhp and can me simply remapped to around 400 bhp, but at 400 bhp you woould need a better clutch/gearbox as the stock gearbox doesnt last over 750 torque
535d m sport tunning egr of dpf of k&n filtër swirl flaps of best motor fast as f
It was like 270
That's what we call a poser.
Wie heißt die marke von dem chip?
Does the oil temperature gauge work?
I'm positive that it's not connected to anything.
276..
can go more than 300 :P. Nice
Tacho wahrscheinlich vom M5 eingebaut
awesome power guys stfu most of you dont have fast car as this even he makes 276km/h dont be jealous :D
Where have you seen an M5 that reaches 274 km/h at 4000 rpm? Open your eyes ;)
It's m5 v10
lol .. tacho 280 km/h and bordcomputer 262.. umm.. okaaaaay...
276 km/h
LOL, opening eyes and switching off Brain doesnt help either.....

The wrong kilometres are a bit annoying

If it was in DS then it would be quicker, something like this: watch?v=feyE1fDX_QI
This car have over 400ps... 440ps f30 335d have 200-250 10s like this car...
Rev counter that shows up to 9000/rmp but is limited to 5000? Kind of stupid.
Is an m5 dashboard not the original !!! look at my comment up and you will understand why change at 5000 rpm !!!
it's a diesel!
Suleyman Durmus We know what it is. So why show 9000rpm?
