FACT: Keisuke purposely dropped the combo on the last game so Murray will be forced to fix Kazuya's DF1 in the next patch and it'll cover the entire screen, as perfectly intended.

Maaaaan that win against jdcr 4-5 years ago still the most legendary sh8t I've seen in tekken...you gotta go to one of these tournaments in us
perfect electrics actually worth going for again cause as long as you actuslly hit an electric of any kind after the df+2 you can convert into a respectable combo with good damage, problem was he was even missing that. That last combo was heartbreaking though he would have won. I have had that happen to me some times the df+1 hitbox is still finiky in that situation. They improved it but its still damn tight, it just works most of the time now if your execution is on point.

Dang.. As a Kazuya main, he is such a simple character gameplan-wise, it's all fundamentals.. It's basically an ws2/ff3 OR a wavu wavu into an "execution-heavy" 10+ different options that boil down to a 50/50 anyways, followed by a 50/50 oki. That's all. No other fancy tricks, even the combos rely on just 2-3 strings. Which makes it even more impressive in the hands of someone like Keisuke, because you rely 100% on your feel of the game and when to perfectly time that sudden launcher.

@@CoeussamohtNah its not an L take. Players just don't like to admit it because they lose to Kaz players alot. It must be that Kaz is cheap rather than you losing to the most simple fighting game meta. No tricks. No knowledge checks. No esoteric rule breaker moves. No 13f safe pokes to control neutral with.
Kaz is good but even JDCR himself in T7 said Kaz is very straight forward gameplan wise and it can be a weakness (too fundamental based).

What an incredible, charismatic player! Interesting to see some of the new pro Kazuya meta too , lots of Patricide Fist and 2 EWGFs into b22 df12, and like main man, no longer opting for b24 df14 at wall ala T7 but now b24, df2 cos gives a more optimal reset. The wavu wavu against JDCR was legendary! Anyway, always enjoy your videos Lil Majin! Hope you’re enjoying King’s new wavu wavu too!

I hope mainman was there, he would NEVER drop a combo...... At least I've never seen him drop one in crucial situations..... Keisuke did good tho, he proved I still need to learn Electrics and the 50/50s
Tournament pressure is something else. Mainman is good with his combos but he also would've crumbled under the pressure of grand finals of a super huge tournament.
