Too risky for a QB with two serious injuries to be taken at 11, especially when we're not solidified at RT. Definitely don't mind the trade back, but we definitely need to grab the best CB on the board for outside, and best WR on the board. QB 2nd or 3rd rd

Take the trade back and grab Penix is good. I think fans are over thinking injuries. Penix will step in when O-line is jelling and QB is getting sufficient protection. Dabol is all about getting down and not taking unnecessary hits as a QB. If things went your way in draft I wouldn’t be disappointed. There will be some UDFA that trickle in as well. This year we want to be in the running and by next year be in the race. Keep the Giants news coming.

Negative y/c in '21, and it doesn't get any better going further back. I think you need to go and watch the tape and stop making shit up. His pocket mobility is meh, and even if it wasn't that doesn't equate to mobility in terms of a QB. Daboll likes QBs that can run the option, or designed runs and this is something that he cannot do not only because of his athletic profile but because he's at a higher risk for lower body injuries because of his injury history. You don't take a guy at 11 or really anywhere in the first who is a gigantic injury risk, or one that isn't a fit with what the coach wants to run. That's how you set a franchise back multiple years.
