Boston definitely has some of the most annoying, rude, and aggressive drivers I have ever seen. The finger is the main form of communication that you will often receive after someone cuts you off and needs to prove that they are the king of the road and you are just shit in their way. Also, on some highways, the side emergency shoulder made for disables vehicles is a regular lane of traffic. Whatever you do, don't brake down (even on the side of the road) or else you may get rear-ended at highway speeds. Even their construction is crap. In construction zones you won't see too much work going on, but you will definitely see a bunch of the guys sitting on bumpers eating fast food and too lazy to do anything with their trash, equaling fast food wrappers blowing all over the place. How about highway ramps. Designed where entering and exiting traffic share a short merging lane that goes through a very tight circle that you will feel like you will louse control and skid off of the road if you go over 30 mph through them. That means a short lane of merging with people flooring it to get to a kind of ish lower speed of traffic to merge on with and slamming on the brakes to not fly off of the road. In the end, what other place do you know of where the drivers are so annoying that they have a nickname tagged along with them (like Mass-hole). Also, the stupidity is contagious and even out of state visitors start to drive badly as well. Finally, DO NOT RENT A CAR WITH A NEW YORK PLATE ON IT!!!! People from Boston really hate people from New York and tend to really bully them even more (this includes cops as well). Boston is easily the biggest driving pit you will find in the country. They aren't just bad, they are intentionally aggressive and love to bully others and prove they are the king of the road and everyone else is just trash in their way.

Looks to me like Leeann has a manual transmission. Given the age of the vehicle, though, it could possibly be a 4-speed, rather than a 5.
