This is the first RUclips podcast episode in the history of RUclips where I have the same fear of a 1980's horror movie. I hardly ever get scared but was shaken after this episode. This conversation reminds me about another one that Alite had with this Gene guy where Alite made Gene look just like the way Michael Franseze made Gravano look in the Pat Bet David interview. Gene has a beef with Merlino so it’s not surprising that he’s taking the position he is. Deep down inside, I think Gene knows that Alite is right. Every time Gene tries to make a point John shoots it down.
Alite is honest and he doesn’t let his emotions get involved with his opinions. Even guys he doesn’t like he’ll give them credit Where they deserve it. That’s why he’s typically right when he has these kind of conversations with people. I agree Merlino isn’t going to listen to anybody and he’s gonna do what he wants. And nobody’s gonna take him out.
I discovered this channel through one of the interviews that Gene was on. I didn’t see a link for Gene’s book on this channel. Gene is a great storyteller.
