I've only listened to 3 minutes so far. I can tell that there is obvious difference of perspectives and G is laying respect to John because of being a prior generation. I've been drinking for football so maybe I'm misreading it, but it seems like a clash of story lines with respect between friends in an appropriate manner.

Hey John, recently my Wife and I visited Little Italy in The Bronx, and one of the streets had Albanian Flags up and down the street and there was a pretty big coffee shop at the end of the confluence of two streets, and then a very small park. Was that a dangerous area? There were almost exclusively big guys in the coffee shop.
