    Pastor JD I look forward to your teachings every week. Our Lord knew I needed you in my life to understand his love, grace and mercy he has for us. Many years I struggled with how do I know I’m going to heaven. Even though I was raised in a Christian home and church, I still did not know if I was going to heaven. I was under the belief I had to earn my way to heaven. That is until the Lord lead me to your church. The truth you teach every single week through the ABC’s of salvation has truly set me free. Thank you Jesus you have set me free!!!!

    Yes it is Come Thou Fount, I so love all the Old Hymns. After the loss of my only Son and young husband, I actually could't read the Bible. All I could do is having those old Hymns that were not sung would flow from my heart with tears feeling His comfort all around. I was reffered to as a Bible fanatic, yet at the lowest part in my life surrounded with sorrow and grief, the scriptures I memorised were a tool of strength with the Old Hymns. Thank you JD., God is using you beyond words of descriptions.

    Come Thy Fount - is the hymn :) My favorite hymn because of that verse -" Here's my heart Lord , take and seal, seal it for Thy courts above. " Thank you again Pastor JD for this precious message and teaching.

    Thank you Pastor Farag. Few words. I hear you. You are such a blessing to me. This study on Job I really needed. Named my dog Job to keep his name on my lips for remembrance of the lessons of this book. Your teachings are so clearly understandable. May the Father bless you and your family with many spiritual blessings in the name of Jesus Christ amen

    God bless you. The reason for the long text inspired by the Holy Spirit is that there is a secret code in the original Hebrew text of the Book of Job and the first 5 books. God Bless

    Very good teaching. Thank you! It's disconcerting when people are misled by Elihu. Also, I like how you point out, that the letter "I" is in the middle of the word "sin" and the word "pride". The letter "I' is also in the middle of the name "Elihu". :)

    I got a tight grip ready to take the ride. Thanks JD
    OH NO! Am I this guy....You got my ear.
    I humble myself with age. Every second. There is no pride in WISDOM. I Pray!
    Thanks for sharing. Who has not been disciplined. We who believe are all children of God.
    **ELIHU-He pops on the scene out of nowhere: “Then Elihu the son of Barachel the Buzite, of the family of Ram, burned with anger” (Job 32:2). He speaks a few times and then vanishes. God clearly vindicates Job and condemns Eliphaz, Bildad, and Zophar (Job 42:7-8), but he says nothing about Elihu.** God uses the ignorant to vindicate the wise.
    It's tough to get old..but the wisdom gained can never be lost.

    You seem to be offended by a man God does not rebuke- you are reading too much into Elihu. I like him more than the others and he has wisdom compared to everyone else. Not sure where you get such contempt- I never read all that into his speech.....

    • @MidStutsman
      @MidStutsman 6 лет назад

      I need to say I listened to Damian Kyle on this, and he had the same views, but was a little more relaxed about it😊 , so I need to read it again and ask the Lord to show me where I’m wrong . . .

    • @christophermonroe5505
      @christophermonroe5505 Год назад

      You are right - God never rebukes Elihu like the 3 friends of Job. However, neither does God affirm Elihu either - so using this as support for Elihu simply does not work. It's not a good argument. Someone could say Elihu's speech is bogus because God does not affirm him. Also, God Himself says twice that Job has spoken rightly about Him (God). But Elihu says Job has spoken like a "wicked man". Just on this point, Elihu is in contradiction with God. And there are more ways, too.
