Full chemical strip of the floor. Rinse with a neutral cleaner, let it dry, then wax it. Wax a base coat and then an additional 4 to 5 coats after the base coat. Let it cure for 2 days/48 hours and run a burnisher over it to shine it.
Hello! Unfortunately, by the sounds of it, there is not a lot you can do to remove this stain. You could try “Soft Scrub” and see if that helps however you may need to replace the damaged tiles. Hi, and thanks for watching! There are many differences between an automatic floor scrubber and your standard floor buffer or floor burnisher. First and foremost, an automatic floor scrubber cleans in one pass. Meaning, it dispenses solution onto the floor, scrubs, and sucks up the slurry leaving the floor dry in just one motion. They are designed to replace a mop and bucket. A floor burnisher is high speed (greater than 1200 RPM) machine designed to shine floors. A floor buffer, also known as a floor polisher, floor stripping machine, or swing machine is low speed (175 to 300 RPM) machine used for scrubbing, stripping, or spray buffing a floor. Hi! Thanks for watching our video! What do you mean by high-speed? Are you referring to a buffer or a burnished? A white pad is only rated for up to 600 rpm (check the box for the recommended speed), so it should never be used on a Burnisher (1,200.00 to 3,000.00 rpm). Swing machines, also called buffers, can be used with a white pad for scrubbing and spray buffing. It would be most effective on a dual-speed swing machine with a top speed of around 300 rpm.
Hi! Thanks for watching our videos. Burnishing will remove scuff and heel marks to restore the “wet-look” shine of your floor. Floor pads for burnishers do not adhere to the same color guidelines as buffers. Burnishers operate at high speeds creating friction that produces heat in order to shine your floors. Burnishing pads are light in color to avoid color transfer from the pad to your floor. White floor pads which can also be derived from hog hair and synthetic fibers will create the best shine on harder finishes.
I have some stains on my white tile floor due to the acid corrosion. What is the best for me? Thank you so much ...
