    For self supported touring Marin four corner is more comfort or Canondale 6 would do? or which one you would suggest?

      It will depend on many factors.
      1. What kind of terrain do you plan to ride on?
      2. Your average load
      3. Your touring style
      In general steel bikes are preferable for loaded touring. I would definitely recommend also looking at Scolarian bike kettle express

    Which one best bro trek marlin 7 or polygon xtrada 6 1*11?

    • @GearLama
      @GearLama  3 года назад

      The marlin 7 if they are price is the same. Has better fork and tubeless ready rims. 10 vs 11 speed won't make much of a difference. A fork and a tubless wheels will make a huge difference on the trails

      @GearLama  3 года назад

      @Prasad Joshi that's a hard question to answer, till I know 1. What's your intebted usage 2. what your cycling experinece. If you could elaborate on both I'd be able to help you better

      @@GearLama I would be using the bike on flat roads and hilly areas to cover. I have been cycling for past 8 years on flat roads only.

      Since you will be on roads only I'd suggest a drop bar bike. Something with low gearing for those steep hills and clearence for wide tyres for those bad Himalayan roads. I think the Marin four corners fits the bill. Dont you agree? If you're looking at flat bars do check out the bergamont sweep 6
