    Very nice....that tip about pouring milk in boiling water was new to me....very useful....Ab aap dahiwaley ki super khatta dahi ka raaz bataye. Yeh non-veg marination mey bohut kaam aata hey.

    Really liked your technique about malai in this, as I made good dahi usually. However, your trick on boiling in for few mins without touching the malai, made it great. Also added the yogurt in all corners like you mentioned.I tried it yesterday itself after seeing your video. Your tip on vessel is true, when we were kids our parents took us specially to a place on days my mom fast to drink this special milk or lassi this kind of halwai made. Brought good old memories. Thank you.
