In my opinion all teachers should deserve respect from their students because of the amount of hard work and effort that goes into teaching.
This is the best piece of advice I can give to any teacher out there is that you have to find who you are as a teacher and what works for your classes, but also from a students perspective is that nice teachers (but who are strict when needed) do much better.
It's the teachers like Mr. Bispham that inspire kids and are really what students need to make learning effective and fun at the same time, It's the guys like him that I've had teach me that have helped me to learn and thus help me choose my future career to be a teacher too, Hats off to Mr. Bispham and those similar him, well done sir

No expectations set out, no routine followed, no individual praise or reward. Those girls would have had one warning from me and then it would have been a lunchtime detention after another disruptance. Keep to this routine and you’ve got a well behaved, respectful and engaged class.
A good teacher is one who helps all and not the so called star pupils..massive credit to him which hundreds of other teachers out there can learn from.
